Everyone at the cardiology office was professional and helpful. The staff at check-in and checkout were friendly and efficient. The EKG went very smoothly (tech was super nice). Dr. Fazio knows my medical history, explained the results of the EKG, reviewed the plan moving forward in detail and asked me if I had any questions. I messaged the team through MyChart early in the week and they scheduled me for that Thursday! The nurse messaged me and called me about the instructions for the procedure that Dr. Fazio recommended. Her questions made me feel comfortable and she reviewed the details of my upcoming procedure. I would recommend Virtua's cardiology group to anyone.

The location was changed on me at the last minute, and it was much longer from my home. However was late and they took me anyway. I appreciate that and apologized for the short notice.

Fast and easy

I had one concern that really didn't affect my health. Upon entry to the waiting room there was a significant water spill that i made the attendant aware of. When I came out of my appointment, about a half hour later the spill was still there. Water on the floor is a slip hazard and needs to be cleaned up immediately. It makes me question the whole facility, if they don't care about a slip hazard how serious are they about my health.

Dr. Fazio was very personable and pleasant and was aware of my past and current heart issues. I felt very confident in listening to her recommendations in following a healthy routine on a daily basis. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Dr. Fazio listened carefully to my concerns and discussed the testing results with me thoroughly.

The entire staff except the youn women at the desk needs a class on better behavior dealing with clients or first time practiced. It seems she didn't want to be interrupted. At least that's the impression she gave very said. I'm sure other work be more happy with a job.

First time visit with Dr Fazio, felt at ease talking with her.

My first meeting with dr faziio was excellent. Up to this time, i had no answers about my one day blood pressure problem of 191/88 that came out of the blue. She knew i had two steroid injections and said that they could have cause an onset of high blood pressure. It was only one day. I was to several drs before this answer was presented to me by her. She also suggested that i have my blood pressure problem monitored first 24 hours and im doing that in September. She was very thorough and thoughtful with respect to my future care.

I really liked Dr. Fazio. She, I was emotional that day over something and she was so calming and she listened to me and she had my numbers and yeah, it felt really good in her care. My staff also listened and we worked with the scheduling for the future and everything seemed, I was very pleased. That's it.

This doctor should NEVER tell a patient that there's no side effects from high blood pressure pills like losartan. Also never to attach a monitor to a person if you don't want it to get wet because the patient perspires , works out , exercise , as they were told , patient was told to go about normally...as a result the patch fell off within a couple hours....TERRIBLE PRODUCT
