Overall it was great. My only problem was the young lady that took me to the back. She was walking in front of me and talking to me but I couldn't understand/hear her. Plus she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I'm not sure if she even greeted me.

The experience overall was great. New provider seems wonderful, first visit. The front staff could have been better when I first arrived. There were 2 ladies up front. One was on the phone however the other one way not and saw me when I first came in. She said nothing. I did there like 3 minutes and I finally asked could I get some help. She looked around, still says nothing. Then another lady behind a cubicle came up front to assist me. I didn't see her until she got up, not sure if she saw me when I walked in as she was behind the cubicle. It looks like the job duties were different and the one that saw me made sure she only stuck to what her duties were, which i found out when I left was check-out. That's fine but she could have at least acknowledged my presence when I arrived by simply saying "someone will be right with you". Not professional at all and completely lowered my rating and set the tone for my visit. Fortunately my Tech and Provider were great.

Great place, my doctor is the best. Never had a doctor that really listens and doesn't rush out the door. Tku all for treating good, and helping me feel better.

Everyone was very nice and the facilities were clean.

Uh, everything was great up until we had to reschedule and get my blood work done. And my wife and I were standing there for 15 minutes and no one took care of us. People were looking, but no one took care of us. And then the one that was, uh, the person that was supposed to be at the desk finally came back and it was kind of like we were bothering her. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I haven't had a primary doctor for about 25 years. My father recommended I go when he noticed the office was taking new patients. My experience was great. I wasn't made to feel abnormal because I hadn't seen a doctor in so long. I'm looking forward to improving my health with the staff's help.

A very happy with my primary doctor she's outstanding

She was an excellent doctor and very happy to be her patient.

She continues to show excellent interpersonal skills. Explains things in detail and always follows up with do you have concerns or questions.

This is a new doctor for me and I am very happy. She was very thorough with all my testing. I got my sleeping meds corrected and it looks like everything is going well. She listened to me when I talked and gave me suggestions for my well-being. I am happy with my new doctor.

Excellent first time visit

I brought my mom with me this vist because she's been using the same doctor for 20 years and I feel like I've gotten better care from virtua family medicine. My mom seemed to admire Patricia as she's so easy to talk to and she really cares! Shes great at explaining things and knows what she's doing. I was seeing Dr. [redacted] and I didn't think anyone could compare but she's just as good. I love this office so much.

The person who did my Medicare Wellness Checkup was outstanding. I would highly recommend her.
