I thought Dr. Zahner was very nice and treated me with respect, but she made me feel as though she was not really interested in caring for me because she said that all people that had interstitial cystitis and recurrent UTIs were to see the nurse practitioner and not her because she was a surgeon and she wasn't really interested in taking care of those types of problems. That only you could only go see the nurse practitioner in her practice, that she was a surgeon and that was what her main job was doing. Surgery.

Nurses and Doctor took the time go over every procedure and kept me informed, answered all my questions!

Receptionist could be more pleasant!

I was apprehensive going to my appointment. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Zahner was wonderful and gave me at much time as need to get all my questions answered. Glad I found Virtua Female Pelvic practice.

Great care always. Dr Zahner is great. But, always have a hard time scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Zahner is excellent.

Dr Zahner and Nurse {redacted} are always kind and reassuring under all circumstances.

I understand that specialty medicine does not always allow you to schedule asap appts but I wish that I didn't have to schedule months in advance. I was very appreciative that I received a call to move the appt up when I assume there was a cancelation.

From the receptionist, to the temp assisting that day, to Dr Zahner - everyone was warm, understanding and extremely thorough with my care. I am grateful that Dr Zahner and the entire team are all there for me when needed.

It took 6 weeks before someone called me back. Then when they called I was in a meeting. I called back within an hour and once again no one answered nor returned my call. While asking that patients arrive 25 minutes early, I waited for an hour before being seen. Felt like doctor did the minimal.

Dr. Zahner listened to all of the problems that I was facing. She did a thorough exam and then offered amazing solutions and helped me get a quicker appointment as well. I couldn't say enough great things about her, as well as the staff. They were super friendly, super quick, super helpful, and very appreciative for everybody in that office, including the doctor.

From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Zahner and her staff was excellent. They were professional and efficient, yet still managed to be friendly and deeply compassionate.

Dr. Zahner really did listen very carefully to my problems and she gave me several possible solutions and we settled on one, which I was excited, something newer than the last time I was in. So I was very happy.

the front desk folks could be more "friendly" very mechanical and have poor communication skills. one example, I was checking out and I needed to schedule an office procedure, follow up visit, and get a order for a CT scan. There was no communication from her and I had no idea what she was doing. I asked and was told " I am working on it." I believe I should be involved in my own scheduling not just given options, which did not work based on my schedule. She also gave me in incomplete CT scan order. This required me to get a new one before I could schedule my test. The first ineraction at any business is he first encounter. This office could use some education in this area. I did not feel welcome. It felt like I was a "bother" Thank You

I was disappointed that my doctor did not seem to know I had a UTI, when I'd had the tests in advance so she would be informed. The constant UTI's were the reason I started seeing her. I may ask if we can set up a virtual appointment, for those times when I'm coming in to talk. In fairness, the office was having an unusually busy day and did their very best. In spite of the workload, everyone was very pleasant.

Over the last several years I have been suffering with a somewhat embarrassing gyno-rectal issue that I have sought help with from my family MD, GYN, gastroenterologist and infections disease MD. They either didn't know what to do or only saw my complex problems through their specialty only. No one saw me as a whole person as Dr. Zahner did. She listened carefully, let me explain my complex issues ..Meeting Dr. Zahner and her professional, empathic staff has been a blessing.. She was professional, supportive, reassuring and encouraging. She laid out a course of action reviewing each step and always checking for my understanding and acknowledgment along the way. I have the utmost respect for and faith in Dr. Zahner and her staff. For the first time in several years I feel listened to and confident in my new course of care.

The check in and check out process is INCREDABLY slow! I stood at the desk and waited for a very long time while a nurse sat there and did nothing! As a person with crippling Osteoporosis this was painful and frustrating.

I had a very hard time with calling the office. The first few calls I couldn't talk to a person. I left detailed messages and no one ever called back. I finally drove to the office to talk to someone behind the desk. She gave me an appointment for 3 days later. Now trying to return a call and it's not working

Dr Zahner was wonderful and made us feel like we were her only patients that day. Have better communication over the phone. Someone should return my call within the working day but no later than 24 hours. A knowledgable person should be manning the phones at all time especially when this is a specialists office I never did receive a call from the phone message I left concerning info I needed for an insurance authorization of a test ordered by the doctor. I feel the office should be the ones to get this authorization from my ins. company not me. I spent 3 hours on the phones getting no where.

Dr. Zahner is an excellent physician who I admire. I've had difficulties responding to a procedure, but she has immediately responded to my concerns with new suggestions, and now, two weeks later, I'm finally getting noticeably better, for which I'm very grateful. She continued to look for options for me. I'll also add that she and my primary care doctor, also a woman, are excellent in returning responses to my questions on My Care, so I'm not left waiting for a response. My male doctors take more than a week to respond.

The only issue i had was making the appt. I initially called Cherry Hill office..voicemail..no one called me back. I had to call them again..same thing happened. Finally someone from Virtua Hospital contacted them to call me.
