Not only did Dr. Mulhall listen and pay attention to my concerns he understood the patient. He was caring and compassionate to my issues. Dr. Mulhall was extremely knowledgeable and caring. His responses to my question of the Mychart app were timely. If more doctors were like Dr. Mulhall, lawyers would be out of a job.

Dr. Mulhall is patient and very attentive to my questions. I truly appreciate him as my doctor. The staff is wonderful on the phone and in person. I travel 40 minutes to see him and it is well worth it.

I don't expect to be treated as a unique person. As far as medication, care plans etc. they know more about me than I do. So when I'm in there they are running the show, as far as I'm concerned they know more about what's going on with me than I do, and that's a good thing

Dr M is terrific

My experience was very good except for the check-in. A serious problem for me and other elderly patients is the lack of chairs at the check-in desks. Like many elderly clients, I cannot stand for lengthy time. The need for auxiliary tables at the check-in desks merely indicates that the normal desktops are cluttered and not well organized. The problem of issues with elderly clients is found throughout the various Virtua facilities.

He's a great pulmonary doc & I trust his advice. Would highly recommend him!

This division of the Virtua medical departments is one of the most efficient, effective & supportive offices I have visited. The staff are kind & supportive. My physican is, as my husband says, a good friend who is also our physician. High praise indeed. Many times healthcare professionals are professional. This office is professional AND sympathetic. Inclues the PFT team, all staff & physicians. I have referred many folks to this group. Chronic, terminal illness is frightening at best. My physician gives me all the facts but is so supportive & on top of the game that we trust him completely. As a retired clinician, that is rarely said.

I was very pleased with the scheduling and the quick timing to have an appointment, as well as being seen in the office in a timely manner, and truly felt important and known with each person I met, from the nurse, the doctor, and the receptionist scheduling my next appointment. It was an overall good visit, which you can't always say at a doctor's appointment.

Everyone. There is an extremely wonderful person with a great personality and talk to you like a human. ISO like comium there to see my Doctor and everyone else that works. There the nurses the reception is everyone. They really do go out of there way to help you and answer your questions very polite and I really do mean. This is an exceptionally beautiful place. Dr. Mulhall did an excellent job. He asked questions, he listened to me, and when I had a problem, he took care of it, and he did more diagnostics to find out what the issue was, as opposed to just giving me meds to say, here, you can take these and get better. I like the fact that he takes the time to try to find out the diagnostic procedures, what is wrong with me. I get really, really tired of walking into doctor's offices and just having them say, oh, that's what it is? Yeah, he doesn't treat the symptoms, we find out what causes them.
