This was the first time that I met Peter Higgins and I was very pleased with my experience.

They did great. My last two providers retired so the new person knew little less about me but that's expected.

Very thorough, professional, respectful and personable

The staff from Check In to Check Out is very courteous and professional.

I am new to this practice. I have tried several times to get into the Virtua My Chart. Each time it rejects me. I have a my chart account from previous health care. I can access it and see Virtua particapats but I can not open Virtua. I have tried to use the code the practice sent me but it does not work!

It was a last minute 1st time appointment and they kept office open even though weather service advised anyone otherwise a weather was severe thunderstorms.

When I came to check in the lady at the desk almost ignored me as I was standing there. She was on her phone!! Another lady came after me and stood there for a long time and the lady at the desk never put her face up! She then just went on to another person.

The office has a very friendly, caring attitude towards the patients. They explain anything you might have a question with, and Dr. Higgins, I have followed him from the several offices where he had seen my care in Haddon Heights as well as Mount Ephraim. I'm so thankful that he was there at that office and do appreciate everyone's help.

Pete is great, he listened to all my questions and answered them in a way I could understand. With his help I was able to make a decision on what was going to be needed to fix my injury.

It was a great visit.

I was great hope the care stays the same Been to other medical centers and they closed up without warning I hope I can keep coming here and not have to look for another doctor. It's been great.

Peter was very efficient and thorough in his examination and meeting me. At the front desk, it would be good if the receptionists are not eating lunch at the front desk as they're doing intake for patients. Overall, quality experience. I will be back. I'm very happy with the care I received. Just would like you to improve on customer service. It doesn't really look good when you're having lunch and speaking to patients. Thank you.

Pete Higgins's took his time, really listened and considered what I said when giving treatment plans. He was respectful and easy to talk to. One of the best providers I've went to see in decades- definitely one in my "top two" list! I wished other doctors were more like him.

It was a very good visit

Check in staff was great- there was a very loud rude aggressive man yelling at them because of needing ID. They were able to stay calm and professional until security walked over, which helped make the man stop acting out. The nurse who checked me in back into the back room was also amazing. While verbally answering the depression questionnaire, I got embarrassed by my answers and started crying by the end. She was so kind and got me tissues. Dr Higgins was great. He took the time to listen to all my concerns with my medical conditions.

My visit went very well. I like Peter Higgins very much and my suggestion would be to keep him, give him a raise and never let him go. Thank you.

Yeah, they never gave me a contact number where I could call the provider to set up another appointment or to get information or to talk to them. Contacting someone that works for Virtua is next to impossible because they have too many numbers and not all of the numbers will get you to where you need to go or help you set up an appointment. You've got to work on that. See you, bye.

The doctor was very nice. Everyone was very nice. If I'm pressing the wrong key, I'm sorry. I'm hard of hearing. But Dr. Higgins is a great primary doctor for me and I like him very much and also on Brace Road where he has a new office. Thank you very much.

Peter Higgins is a well rounded gentleman. I will not go to anyone else , Peter knows me not only as a patient but he looks at me as a person. He comes highly regarded. This is why I am a patient at virtua, is because of that man.
