I had an issue with the reporting of my weight. I measured my weight at 259.2 pounds when I came to the office, using their scales. And when I left and got in my car and read my report the staff had my weight listed at around 245 pounds. There's a discrepancy there. I went back in and we rechecked it, it being 259.2, and the staff simply said they would make the change. Well, I was at the office to be treated for massive weight gain, so this was pretty important to me, maybe not to you. That I felt was disrespectful. And just as far as I can find out, the staff still has me listed at 245 pounds.

This was the first time I saw Dr Patel as a patient, he's been my husband's doctor for a while, but this was the first time I had seen him for my physical, and he really took the time to listen to me and give me advice and make suggestions. I would definitely trust him with my care, he's an awesome doctor.

Even everyone was pleasant and friendly except one person. When I walked in the young woman with a red hair greeted me with "name?" without even looking up. No good morning, hello, can I help you, nothing. Not very welcoming!

Front desk staff addressed all my request. No wait time, by the time I arrived, signed in and verified my information I was being called to see my physician.

The doctor was excellent in reviewing our history even before we got, in reviewing our history and answering our questions. We found that there was an open dialogue and we thought his approach was to our care was excellent.
