Pradeep Patel, MD

I have a very large amount of things that are wrong with my body and Dr. Patel and his staff have been like family to me, helping me every way they can, making me feel comfortable, talks to me and educates me about my diabetes, does anything he can to try and help me out and the staff as well. They will try and work me in the best they can when I need to be. They're all friendly. I really, although I don't say I enjoy going there, but I definitely rate them a 12 out of 10.

The receptionist, the waiting area, the bathroom was clean, the nurses that took care of me when I went back were all very polite, knowledgeable, used hand sanitizer, perfect, and Dr. Patel, I think he's a great doctor. I so enjoy being there with him. I told him, as it like I was getting a physical, but I tell him I was really just coming to talk to him about a couple things. But because he's so easy to talk to, he responds back to you, and I would recommend him to anyone that needed a doctor.

I was surprised that the doctor listen to what I said and answered all my questions He took the time to know my health problems.

I always have a great experience when visiting Dr. Patel. He is thorough, has a great sense of humor and professional at the same time. Everyone at the office is great!

It is pointless to ask about familiar he is about medical history. It's right in front of him on the computer. Your history software is excellent BTW

I would like to say that that physical is not really a physical. It's just something like a mental health thing and I refused it when I was there. If they can't do a physical like they used to, then I don't know why they have something new like that. So that's it.

It was a pleasure speaking with Dr Patel

I had an issue with the reporting of my weight. I measured my weight at 259.2 pounds when I came to the office, using their scales. And when I left and got in my car and read my report the staff had my weight listed at around 245 pounds. There's a discrepancy there. I went back in and we rechecked it, it being 259.2, and the staff simply said they would make the change. Well, I was at the office to be treated for massive weight gain, so this was pretty important to me, maybe not to you. That I felt was disrespectful. And just as far as I can find out, the staff still has me listed at 245 pounds.

This was the first time I saw Dr Patel as a patient, he's been my husband's doctor for a while, but this was the first time I had seen him for my physical, and he really took the time to listen to me and give me advice and make suggestions. Yeah, Dr. Patrick was a very humble doctor. He listened to me. He explained all my medication to me. He explained my EKG. He went and compared the one I did in 2016 and talked to me about it. He talked to me about my diet, being a borderline diabetic. He's a very, very nice doctor that takes his time, explains to the patient, this is the kind of doctor the whole world needs and I'll be using him as my primary care doctor. There's nothing more to do, just to let you know, I really respected him. He's a highly respected doctor. He's patient, listened to you, make sure you understand everything, went to the diet, tell me about my diabetic, what is good for me, let me know about the food, everything. I really, really respect him. Thank you for having him.

Front desk staff addressed all my request. No wait time, by the time I arrived, signed in and verified my information I was being called to see my physician.

The doctor was excellent in reviewing our history even before we got, in reviewing our history and answering our questions. We found that there was an open dialogue and we thought his approach was to our care was excellent.
