Dr. Patel is great! She's very thorough. Sometimes she can seem a bit rushed but the experience is still valuable. I enjoy seeing Dr. Patel because she treats me like a human being and is very down to earth and relatable.

Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She listened she cares and she understands and tries to get to the bottom of it. She put me on the right track. Truly thankful for her.

The service from the nurses and the practice itself is wonderful, but I did not find Dr. Patel very empathetic at all. She seems to have, I don't know how to put this, she seems to find something wrong. with what you are telling her and what she wants you to do, even if it countermands what has been done for you for years. I would not be, I will not be using Dr. Patel anymore, even for small things. I did not care for her presence. She was not friendly.

I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Patel, she does listen and we make a plan together. Labs, testing etc.

Very professional and caring

The nurse that I met with was wonderful. Nothing was rushed. She explained everything thoroughly and made a few suggestions that would benefit me.

Dr did not listen at all just preached to me for 40 mins scared me for no need, then refused to prescribe anything deferred everything to multiple specialists was a total waste of time. Favorite word was "virtua policy". Told me she had to see me in person ASAP then put 4 month follow up on my chart!!! I had to argue with office staff to have them reach out to her and she said she meant 4 week follow up. I will not see this provider again and would have left practice but like all my care givers to be in same hospital system so I scheduled a follow up with another provider.

Dr. Patel is the best.

Did not listen to my concerns. Made me feel like I was not important with what I was bringing up told me to make another appointment, which is ridiculous because I was already there. Did not seem concerned just wants me to make more appointments.

Dr. Patel was very attentive and willing to discuss the various aspects of my personal health situation. Her feedback to my questions and her suggestions made me comfortable that with her assist I'm on top of my overall personal health.

Dr. Patel told me the good, the bad, and the ugly about my condition. Like a Patel also explain the options that were in front of me and challenged me, supported me and believed that I could make the appropriate changes that would lead to a more positive outcome. Dr. Patel is truly an asset to the Virtua organization.

My husband needed ear wax cleaning due to cold. Tried to flush out but not totally successsful. I suggested using a pick as I had similar issue last week at Virtua urgent care used a pick to clean out the wax. Excellent. However our pc said there were none in stock and available. Suggest going to cvs getting a cleaner if not successful gave me name of ent. Why could the Medford urgent doctor performed an extraction of wax with a pick and our pc could not find one in building. Disappointed.

Dr P is amazing and I feel very comfortable during my visits. That says alot because I have an anxiety disorder and don't feel comfortable at other appointments.

Provider was very short and rude. Was 20 min late to the call then told me she had another patient in 7 minutes

First of all, this wasn't my regular doctor. My regular doctor was a nigga. This Patel was a fill-in. Every time I asked her a question about something, she told me she was just a family doctor, so I wasn't satisfied with her, really. Okay, that's all I got to say. Her assistant, she didn't even seem like she was all that competent either. Bye.

I selected Dr Patel after I met with her one other time. I very much liked her and her medical knowledge and the fact that she listened to me. She was not staring at a computer screen. She was talking to me.

I saw this doctor because my regular doctor was not available. I appreciated her honesty and her expertise. She also gave me a referral to the neurology section.

I was seen right on time! After my physical, Dr. Patel asked me if I had any questions or concerns to discuss. She was a good listener and provided sound, thoughtful advice.

There's not much I would change. Virtual is very efficient. Make sure that they know their patients, and as well as getting medications, taking care of on time with the pharmacy. And they just have a great communication plan, and great communication with their patients. Thank you.

Dr Patel is a very caring and professional doctor

Absolutely no follow up after the cognitive assessment done by the nurse practioner. Family member present stressed he is mildly cognitive impaired. He failed the assessment. What can we do? His physical condition is good for his age. He does not use ANY devices. I am his friend who accompanied him to visit .

Al I can say is my dr made me feel very special and cared about my feelings

Yes, the video connection was good, very good. I like going to Dr. Patel. She's new for me. I've seen her a few times. She listens. She's curious. She gives me information. She lets me speak. I have recommended my father and brother, and they both are now patients of Dr. Patel. Thank you.

Excellent

As with most professions, I feel like anybody that works in the profession for a certain amount of time and gains expertise, for some reason, they just have this know-it-all attitude. And at first, I do feel like Dr. Patel was about to chastise me about me not doing things I'm supposed to do. which I get that a lot and it's absolutely annoying and frustrating. And that's all I wanted to provide is that feedback. Don't chastise your adult patients. It doesn't quite make sense to me. And it's not like the medical industry is the best industry and has improved over the years.

Other than waiting several months for a new patient appointment, I couldn't be happier with my initial appointment.

Getting to see my primary care physician and setting up an appointment in a short time frame is nearly impossible. And I know that's just because they're busy, but I would like to have more access to my primary care physician in a day or so. Thank you.

Dr. Patel would not talk with me. All what she was determined to do is to call the EMT's.

I will never seek treatment with Dr. Priyam Patel again. She comes across as a smug know it all who is more worried about telling you what she knows versus hearing the patients actual concerns. I have literally never spoken to a doctor that made me feel more like a number. In addition she was late to our televisit and then overbiled our 10 minute call causing me to have to appeal for the proper cpt code.

She's very concerned about my issues and advises accordingly.

I'm moving in a month . Dr. Patel told me there are Virtual Drs. in the area I'm moving. I thought Dr. Patel went to Soul but doesn't. I told here no I would continue to see her. My Dr. the best Dr. has also answered any and all questions. I found an excellent Dr. I'm not willing to change! I will travel the 40 mins.

It was great, staff was friendly and treated me with care. The only thing is it took a while for me to get an appointment initially due to being a new patient and I just feel or hope in the future that not every new patient has to wait three, four months.

Everyone from scheduling the appointment, to being greeted at the desk, to being taken back to my room in a timely fashion, to being told as things were happening, to the doctor entering the room and explaining things to me, to the follow-up procedures, to the end of it where the sales or the service rep at the end got me all the paperwork correct. Everything was outstanding. Thank you.

Although Dr. Patel was very professional in her demeanor, I would have preferred a little more friendliness. She was not warm and fuzzy.
