Dr.Batchu is my cardiologist and she treats me with respect and compassion. Dr.Batchu cares about my health and well being. Dr.Batchu answers all my questions about my health and my wellbeing. The thing I appreciate the most about Dr.Batchu is she knows I have a short attention span and gets right to the point when it comes to my health and tells me honestly what I need to do to be healthy.Virtua and Dr. Batchu care about me and my wellbeing.Thanks again for all your help.

Yes, the only thing that I have an issue with is no one got back to me to tell me what my results was. Was it good or bad? You know, that's the only thing I'm concerned with right now because everything else was great. You know, that's the only thing that I'm hung up on because I want to know if I'm okay or not. Professional and knowledgeable

They provided video sign language interpreter for me. I prefer having an sign language interpreter in person than having video sign language interpreter.

Very impressed with Dr. Batchu, extremely impressed. She was like one of the best providers that I've seen, even though all of my providers in Virtual are really good. But I really liked her. She was engaging and she was pleasant. And I really enjoyed the visit with her.

Dr Batchu and her staff were all very welcoming. I felt like they really listened. Most doctors don't really listen to their patients once they reach a certain age. I felt very comfortable with them.

Virtua is a fine hospital system. Doctor appointments in the LARGER facilities are generally horrible. The furniture layout and facilities are designed by a person who has no conconsideration or understanding of the customer base. The doctors maybe okay, but the overall experience at the larger facilities and its staff is horrible.

Dr. Batchu was very thorough and my husband and I were both impressed that she know about my medical history. Have already recommended her to a friend/new patient.

The doctor wanted to see me in 6 months but her calendar was not open to make the appointment. Otherwise I am very happy to have Dr Batchu as my cardiologist. She is thorough, kind and professional. She takes the time to explain things and has a pleasant manner.

I have been under Dr. Bacci's care now for almost a year, and I love everything about her. She's kind, considerate, outgoing, and if there's a question to be asked, she always answers. And I just love coming to the cardiology part of Virtua. And thank you very much, and let everybody know that I love coming there and I feel really comfortable there. Thank you.

I appreciated that when the provider suggested an additional test, she also mentioned a place that was reasonably priced for the test if my insurance does not cover it.

Dr. Batchu is very personable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very smart and is familiar with my overall medical and cardiovascular history. All of these combined factors makes me feel confident in entrusting her with my care.
