I'm new to your practice and not happy I have to deal with this. My new doc seems very down to earth. She's been very pleasant, seems like a happy person, and thorough. I'm very pleased with her so far even under less than optimal conditions for my personality. I don't do medical well at all. I have an anxiety problem with anything med, appts, meds, using my time, and so on.

Great experience. Check in staff very nice. Took me in right away. Dr Spent time with me listened to me. Started off with good suggestions and testing. Check out made my testing appts for me so nice.

When she came in the office she was upset because I came at 5 minutes late to my actual appointment. I know they tell you to come 15 minutes early. My appointment was at 8:20 and I came at 8:25 she was so upset.saying I'm making her day be behind and we offer to leave and come another day but she just kept saying about being on time. Then she was telling me things she never said to me nor did Dr [REDACTED] put anyone that was so upsetting I started crying because all I was concerned about was my blood pressure not being stable I want to get help for that. Anyway I'm praying nothing happens that I will be late for my next appointment . She kept saying if don't want to see me you can switch to someone else.

Dr Batchu is wonderful sweet caring and always a smile Guides me in a way I listen I love her!

Yes, the only thing that I have an issue with is no one got back to me to tell me what my results was. Was it good or bad? You know, that's the only thing I'm concerned with right now because everything else was great. You know, that's the only thing that I'm hung up on because I want to know if I'm okay or not. Professional and knowledgeable

They provided video sign language interpreter for me. I prefer having an sign language interpreter in person than having video sign language interpreter.

Very impressed with Dr. Batchu, extremely impressed. She was like one of the best providers that I've seen, even though all of my providers in Virtual are really good. But I really liked her. She was engaging and she was pleasant. And I really enjoyed the visit with her.

Virtua is a fine hospital system. Doctor appointments in the LARGER facilities are generally horrible. The furniture layout and facilities are designed by a person who has no conconsideration or understanding of the customer base. The doctors maybe okay, but the overall experience at the larger facilities and its staff is horrible.

Dr. Batchu was very thorough and my husband and I were both impressed that she know about my medical history. Have already recommended her to a friend/new patient.

The doctor wanted to see me in 6 months but her calendar was not open to make the appointment. Otherwise I am very happy to have Dr Batchu as my cardiologist. She is thorough, kind and professional. She takes the time to explain things and has a pleasant manner.
