Doctor mayer is simply amazing. I have a lot of issues and she helps with all of them. I read her transcription of my appointment it was so long and detailed and ninety eight percent of it was correct. I don't know how she could have done that. So fast I suspect she might have recorded and used AI regardless. I'm impressed.

I would and will recommend Dr Mir to anyone who asks me for a recommendation She reminds me of my old time family physician. In this instance she analyzed what was in My Chart and meshed it with our interview and her observations. I am so uncomfortable in this era of specializations, she was a gem.

I wish appointments are more timely. I don't drive and I depend on others I seem to waste a good part of their day

There was a 45 minute wait to see the doctor. What can be done to greatly decrease this wait time?

The wait time for the doctor was quite long. I was called right back at my appt time, but sat in the room for at least 1/2 hour or more. Nothing was on the board stating there would be a wait time.

I really enjoyed my first visit at the center. I was really impressed with the doctor and with all the staff. I am glad that I chose this practice and I am excited to continue my care here.

After having to schedule an appointment 4 months in advance not being having the appointment at the scheduled time is an issue.

Receptionist could not enter my Medicare coverage. I have standard Medicare A &B plus aarp medigap. She was clueless. Most common Medicare plan. Needed assistance from other clerks. No confidence Virtua will get my billing correct. Maybe time to find new provider that knowshow to bill Medicare

I find it very difficult too get an appointment with y own primary doctor. Dr. Mir was great and I liked her but she wasn't my primary doctor. I was on the phone for almost a hour trying to get a follow up appointment and then they didn't call back till the next day. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Dr. Mir was very thorough. She took the time to discuss all of my concerns and make recommendations. I also saw Dr. DeSimone for bronchitis when Dr. Mir was unavailable. She is equally excellent.

I had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. This is really much too long to wait. It made me feel like I should run through appt

with that warning tonight. Dr. Mir is a very responsive physician, and she has been very, very good to me with the things that I have going on in my life. So I do really appreciate her very much.

I arrived on time. I didn't know that the doctor was running an hour late before, until I got there. I wish they would have called me. She is very thorough though, so I do appreciate that part of the visit.

She surprised me remembering something I had shared with her last time about my health that I had really forgotten, but she inquired about that and gave me instructions concerning it.
