Dr Jain is fabulous!

Doctors office and the people were perfect. But virtual doctors appointment system is extremely bad. My wife had an 11 o'clock appointment on the same day and virtual confirmed it, but it was not showing up in the providers system. So she was not treated, which is extremely bad. Even though Virtua confirm things by text email, I don't know how it does not show up in the provider system. It needs to be improved.

The wait time for an appointment is overly long for this highly recommended doctor (probably can't be helped). I waited to be seen in the office for 1.5 hours which is overly long; however, the doctor spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. It was worth the wait!

Yes, hi. I had a good experience with the doctor and the nurse practitioner prior, but it was two months after I saw the nurse practitioner to get my appointment with the doctor. And then to have surgery, which I definitely need, it's going to be close to three months. So that's a pretty long time. That's my only complaint. I know he's very good and he's very popular, but I don't know what the solution is, but I wish it was a little sooner. Okay, but otherwise, I'm very happy. I like him and I've had surgery on my one day by him and I had no issues. So that's a great thing. Okay, so I'm getting my other knee done now or soon, hopefully. All right. Take care. Bye-bye. I actually said to my sister that I think the people in the office were trained by Chick-fil-A because we all know how wonderful the people at Chick-fil-A treat their customers. And I don't mean any disrespect by that, but everybody has been absolutely lovely and wonderful. And it really affects the way you feel when you are doing something serious for other people to come before you with a positive attitude.

I had my knee replacement done at Rothman Institute. I had several questions and concerns for them however they really were too busy to answer any of my issues. I was able to seek out your organization since my wife had an outstanding experience with you. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns in a simple yet specific manner. As bad as it pains me to say this, that is just what the doctor ordered!! Thanks so much again!

It was a great experience to be able to discuss everything and not feel like I was being pushed out the door.

I was not taken back to exam room for one whole hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. Then I waited another 15 minutes in the exam room until doctor came into room ....My time is precious too so if staff need to stay on schedule, they may need to allow more time for each patient ..Going into exam room, I already felt like I was going to be rushed....Not a good first impression !

Excellent experience. Only issue is the repetitive questions by the medial assistant when I had filled out everything online in more detail the day before during e-check in. Seems like a waste of time and the MA did not fully informed of my complete medication list.

Although I had to wait 4 months to see Dr. Jain, I wouldn't have it any other way. He's the best! Dr. Jain did a pain-free hip replacement for me a year ago. Now my knees need replacement, and the wait is well worth it. He is so professional, kind and caring. He gets an A+ from me!

Everyone at this office was great! The woman who checked me in, the x-ray tech, Dr. Jain's assistant, the woman who checked me out and Dr. Jain himself were all extremely kind and caring. 8 weeks after surgery and no one submitted my disability paperwork to nj state for a check. No money received as of this day. I got letter from state saying my claim was denied because no medical from doctors office has ever been provided.
