Dr. Russo was the most caring doctor. He explained everything he was going to do in detail. The staff was outstanding, my nurse, [REDACTED] was great also. Thank you all so much for the help.

I met Dr Russo in the Vitua hospital about 5 or so years ago and have been going to him ever since. I will continue to go to him as long as he practices medicine. Great doctor and person.

There was a new nurse and a new person at the front desk. Neither one was as good as the previous people in those positions. Dr. Russo was his usual competent self with a very nice demeanor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Russo for years and the visits are always exceptional.

Everything about my appointment is good except talking to Dr Russo's special secretary. If she ever leaves a message and then said to call her back, she never finishes her number. She always leave the last one off so you can't get to her. When you get another person, she'll say I'll connect you with her office It's the same thing leave a brief message name and all blah blah and she will get back to you but still it's at last number at her phone. You can't ever get a hold of her. I have been with Dr. Russo quite a while have never spoken to her in person. It's always through her leaving me an email with the same number no last digit on the phone number

Dr Russo is someone who cares for you. He is the type of doctor who would make house calls. He does not limit you to time but to your needs. Understanding, friendly, professional and compassionate.

Dr. Russo is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable.

I don't ever have a problem with this office... the only thing that's very annoying is you can't schedule an appointment past 6 months... then it gets forgotten and then 6 months turns into a yeat

Physician seemed to be in a hurry. Think got most of what he was telling me. When opened my chart it was confusing. Not sure about Stress test I thought Doc said I should have. Was not mentioned at front desk. I will follow up with Doc & see how it goes!

My experience was calm, quiet and very much without lots of people in waiting rooms! My Dr. was attentive to any concerns I had, which means a lot to me! My visit was immediate and very punctual. Again no crowded waiting room! All in all a very pleasant experience!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. The office was well lit and chairs were comfortable. The wait time was great. The exam rooms were clean and at a good temperature. The nurse was very nice and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Russo was very nice and welcoming; he reviewed all of my records. The exam was very thorough, Dr Russo explained what he heard and saw in the chart and what I need to do next. I am very happy with the exam I received today with Dr. Russo.
