Dr. Russo is a kind, caring physician who always listens to me and is always available for any questions I have. He is a special person.

Dr Russo wanted to see me again in 6 months. However, when checking out, I was told they could not schedule that far out and I would have to call for appointment. If Dr wants to see you, schedule should be available. Poor planning.

Dr Russo keeps us fully informed!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. The office was well lit and chairs were comfortable. The wait time was great. The exam rooms were clean and at a good temperature. The nurse was very nice and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Russo was very nice and welcoming; he reviewed all of my records. The exam was very thorough, Dr Russo explained what he heard and saw in the chart and what I need to do next. I am very happy with the exam I received today with Dr. Russo.

Dr.Russo is fantastic! The nurses are very good and professional. The only negative I'd have to mention would be SOME of the front desk staff. There are certain ones that I try to avoid as often as possible, especially during checkout. They seem very disinterested and not nearly as personable nor professional as most of the other staff.

I was nervous about what might be wrong and was very surprised (shocked, even) when my doctor delivered the news. He could see my surprise and very compassionately assured me that I was in good hands and that he would take care of me. The check-in staff & check out staff were great.
