The provider is knowledgeable and cares for her patients. Her entire staff are pleasant and knowledgeable also.

It takes weeks to schedule an appointment, making me go to Urgent Care rather than getting to see my normal doctors. Over the years the practice has lost some of the great small practice your doctor really knows you feeling.

Doctor Randa something barely listened just put me on the strongest antibiotic which made me feel better but she seemed disinterested and wanted to get out of the room asap after I waited for about an hour. I requested to be tested for strep and she said "my eyes are better than a test" I still wanted one anyway. She said someone will be in soon to test me and no one did after 15 minutes I just walked out because I was already there for almost 2 and felt like crap. I will be switching doctors

The script for my mammogram was not put in my chart and I had to email the staff. Two days after I was there I got a message from Dr. Foda that "they forgot to do some kind of test while I was there". These things are very inconvenient.

It was a positive experience overall! I felt as if I was in good hands! It was just a pretty long wait well past the time of my appointment.

The place is easy to find which is always a good thing. The waiting room is comfortable and clean with a TV of course. From the doctor the nurses and the reception staff were all very friendly and helpful and professional . A very nice place with lots of friendly people who almost make you feel as though you won the lottery even though you didn't your in a doctors office not the lottery headquarters. ????????

I trust my team with my health and well being

The girl at the front desk seemed annoyed, unfriendly, lazy and bothered. The doctor's care was exceptional. She listens, she double checks, she explains, she is knowledgeable, she understands, she is not like a robot. She cares, she has compassion and empathy and works with you to get you better. A real humanitarian and wonderful bedside manner.

This was my first time seeing Dr Foda and she was very thorough when evaluating & discerning my present health issues. I felt very well cared for & would highly recommend her to others

Very pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable staff

I arrived even earlier than required, and was taken back promptly. My one "mostly" comment was because she commented on my blood sugar being high, calling it fasting sugar in her follow up notes--and I had told her I had not been fasting; the blood was drawn in the ER and not under normal fasting conditions.

Hello, I've had some very high experience with Rowan Family Medicine and some extremely poor experiences and I would like to share it. So Dr. Foda gets a 10 plus. She is a phenomenal doctor and she's the only reason I still go there. The scheduling is atrocious because when you call in, it's not even at the doctor's office. It's just some call center somewhere. And they just have terrible communication with the office. For example, my last visit was at 2 p.m. and the GPS sent me to another virtual office. So at 2.05, I called the number and said, I'm going to be late because I went to the wrong place. And the woman on the phone,

Well, Dr. Foda is just an absolute best. She sits with you, asks you everything that she needs to know about your history, every changes, all of your goals, and she talks to you like you're a person. She doesn't just rush you out. She talks to me like I'm a human being. I'm not just another person that just needs another medication. She would give me some suggestions, some recommendations. She would give me some recommendation and some treatment options. And she doesn't just shove medication down my throat, but she would just give me options. And then she would give me treatment options on what is best, based on what she thinks is the best for my current issues right now. And she would go through each and everything that needs

The care provider should be allowed to spend more time with the patients.

I waited entirely too long for my visit with the doctor. I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see her. I was supposed to arrive at 320 and didn't see anybody until 450, 445, 450. That's completely unacceptable. And I am not happy with that. Although my experience with the doctor was wonderful.

I really appreciate my visit and all the help that I got from everyone at this service. I'm really happy about my appointments and I really plan to keep all of them. And I really thank this office for everything because everyone there was so nice and I really appreciate it.

doctor foda is condescending and opinionated, does not listen to what you say, very judgemental.

Medical experience was positive as was follow up prescriptions that were prescribed.

The doctor was very professional and gave me the impression that she cares deeply about our patient's health. She was a very good listener and interacted with me very professionally. What you can improve is your survey form. Pressing 10 or 4 is unusual. giving people 10 options is not necessary. You can just keep one through five and get done with it.
