Dr. Ropiak is an extremely thorough, kind and patient. I have been having extreme pain in various parts of my body and he has been very informative as to things which might be beneficial. Thank you Dr. Ropiak.

Everything was fun ne but had to wait an hour in waiting room for scheduled appointment

There were a lot of people at check in, but all went smoothly and quickly. I sat for less than ten minutes before getting called in. The nurse was courteous as she asked many questions about my problem. She took me for exrays. I only waited a few minutes before being called. Technician was very nice as she took exrays and escorted me back. Waited on a few minutes for Dr. Ropiak. He talked to me about exrays and results of MRI. He then examined my shoulder and explained everything. I was very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend him, his staff and all the personnel. Check out was equally easy. Thank you.

It's terrible that in a timely manner they didn't get my MRIs. They had me sitting there for an hour and 45 minutes before they see me. How would you feel?

Doc's at Reconst Orthopedics are awesome. They have done 2 knee replacements, carpaltunnel surgery, Achilles surgery, treated me for a torn biceps tendon and a torn calf muscle. Dr Ropiak is doing rotator cuff surgery on me in March. I have complete confidence in all of them

I am s/p left REV/TSA performed by Dr. Ropiak. I feel like a new person PO. I have excellent range of motion with little to no pain. Dr. Ropiak presents a calming manner resulting in my feeling safe in his hands. He is very clear when explaining the procedure pre and post operatively.

When I originally came in there, I had a broken, dislocated shoulder, two broken ribs, and a fractured part of my hand. And the pain of my dislocated and broken shoulder, it was a rocket. And when I went to pain management, they were very understanding. They helped me out to get over my pain management so I could get an operation. Dr. Ropiak, he helped me, he did the operation and every time I went to his office and saw him or anybody else, they were very nice and ?

This experience was much better than my last visit at this location. This is my 1st time seeing Dr. Robiak and so far I feel very comfortable with him handling the treatment of my shoulder pain. I will see him again in 6 wks, so I will have a better idea then of how this all plays out, right now it's to soon to tell.

I had an injury 20 yrs ago and he explained what they did to fix it and what it would be like to give me more movement. He explained more than what was said 20yrs ago. Very knowledgable. What he didn't know he was willing to do research to see if he could help.

Dr. Ropiak replaced my shoulder in 2018. I think he is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Disappointed that additional testing wasn't ordered to rule out any additional damage. More or less a "this is what it is" prognosis.

Everyone was very helpful from the desk to the girl that walked, the assistant to the doctor and the doctor. I've been going there for quite a while and I'm very happy with my care. Everyone listens and takes care of me as best they can. Thank you. I don't know what else to say.

The only problem is my appointment was at 3:40 in the afternoon and I did not see Dr. Ropiak until 4:45. I did not appreciate having to wait over an hour in order to see him. Hello. I can't remember doctor's name, but he was fantastic. He explained everything to me. He showed me the views. He recommended PT for me, and he said my shoulder is absolutely fine. It's the muscles that are causing pain from the broken ribs. I would absolutely recommend him, and I just love your doctors. My mom goes here, and that's the only reason I go there, because I'm a Cooper girl, but I will always go to Mom's Reconstructive. Thank you.

Getting to your facility on RT 70 is horrendous. The road is unsafe, and uneven. We will avoid making appointments at this location until road is fixed. The virtua answering/ appointment scheduling is in need of a-lot of improvement. Maybe I get a return call from your call center maybe I don't! Very frustration!!

Hi, I am a Virtua employee. need my paperwork filled out for FMLA with absolve. I do not like that a third-party health mark is involved in filling out the paperwork. I'm very concerned that it will not get to absolve in time and I will end up having a problem getting my FMLA approved. Absolve has a 15 day time limit submit paperwork with a one time extension of seven days since my appointment with ortho was not until 14 days in. I'm concerned there will be a significant delay in having the third-party health mark fill out my certification that absolve requires . I would like to see a situation where I could obtain the paperwork I need at the doctors office. I also believe that virtua should consider establishing their own office to handle leave of absence. My contacts with absolve have been unsatisfactory and when I worked for our lady of Lourdes, we had our own office handling leave of absence and it was so easy and so hands-on.

Nothing more, very professional only observation I notice that was inconvenient to me was no money for change at the front desk, had to pay with my credit card which I do not like to use, this was my second time for this to happen.

Everyone was pleasant, professional, and well informed.

I think you can most improve on the amount of time that I sat in the room waiting for the doctor to come in, which was about 20 to 25 minutes. So I would appreciate a little more, an appointment that was a little bit more scheduled on time. So thank you. Otherwise, Dr. Ropiak is great.

I had quite a long wait from my appointment time until I actually saw the doctor that is unusual for my virtual providers. They were very apologetic. So maybe it's not something that happens frequently, but I had about a forty minute wait.

Excellent so far everyone treated me with great care. I have no doubt that will continue with surgery coming up

I'm disappointed in the outcome. Being told that the limited range of motion and chronic pain just have to be accepted is frustrating. I was hopeful that additional testing would be done before just giving up.

Found a little rushed during most of the visit.

It took days to reach anyone on the phone to make an appt. I finally gave up reaching anyone on the phone which is such a disgrace. Others have voiced this issue with no fix by Virtua. I finally drove to the site and was able to make an appt. in minutes. How ridiculous to run a business like this! All of the employees treated me with kindness.

The waiting in the waiting area was not bad, about probably 10 minutes I was called in. But then I sat for more than 15 minutes in doctor's office actually for doctor to come. I thought this is way, way too long in the room for doctor to examine me.

It was very hard and difficult to get an appointment. But there's a long waiting on the phone before somebody answers. And when there's somebody answers, the appointment's a long period of time, even when there's a multiple. It looks like an emergency or semi-emergency. It takes time for you to give me an appointment. is a true emergency, we can go to the ER, but this is not true emergency, but pretty significant appointment should be given earlier to those candidates.
