I told Dr. Ragland that I appreciate him so much that anywhere I go in the world, if I have a problem with my hand or my wrist or my fingers, I will come back to him as long as he is still serving the community as an orthopedic surgeon. Okay, that's my comment and I really, really appreciate Dr. Ragland and the work that he has provided to me in my medical situation. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the wait time. You know, that's important to me. I don't like to be stuck somewhere waiting forever just to see the doctor and then put back in a room to wait forever, you know, for the doctor to come in. So the wait time was very reasonable. It was well. And everybody there was very friendly and polite. I thank you very much.

Dr. Ragland and the nurses and then the front desk lady, they were all very kind and friendly and they really helped us with the hand and they really did a great job.

I was very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Looking foward to continue with getting my finger taken care of.

Great staff

The phone system is God awful !!! Since the change to orthodox group even tho there is a local number you can't get thru as well as I was number 60 in queue ! This has been for a while and how long does it take to fix ??? I literally had to drive to the office twice once to get the appointment and the second to have the script Rewritten cause couldn't get thru to make an appointment as well as couldn't get thru to have the script corrected . I use my chart yet this group doesn't check their messages in a timely fashion . The doc should have admins who look at his messages and respond . Lady at desk when I drove to get the s root corrected said 72 hours response time that's totally unacceptable as a customer . Most of my Virtua docs get back to me within an hour or two .

Dr. Ragland and staff took the time to address my concerns, made sure the medical splints were my size and worked to adjust them as needed.

I am not clear exactly when I was to see him again. I'm assuming it was one month to follow the instructions and then see him in another month. You can send me a message, of course, or an email. This is supposed to be different than what I understood.

Good explanations and quick results from the treatment administered left me well pleased with the experience.

Dr Ragland was very nice to work with seemed confidant of the route we took for my tendinitis. I would go to him again.

She was very helpful, very intuitive, very understanding, very explanatory on every aspect of what's going on with my body. She even told me things that I didn't even know was going on, like my gallbladder, which I loved. She was great. Overall, she was great. I would recommend her to everybody in my family and I wouldn't trade her for the world. I mean, she was nice, loving, smiling, understanding. She listened. Just good energy all around. She was very professional and very great. I was sad that our time was short. I wish I had more time with her to hang out, I see, and just, you know.

Your automated phone system is horrendous. I was on hold for well past an hour as I was number 46 in the queue. That is unacceptable. I need to be able to speak to a human being and I'd like to be able to call the office once again like I did prior to this automated system. I'm not sure how much you paid for this system or how much you paid the individual to recommend it, but there's no reason this system should continue. It does not help patient care. It does not help getting appointments. Thank you.

I've known Dr Ragland for years. He's a wonderful doctor and is very aware that I'm a performing pianist and organist. He takes me very seriously when I'm discussing my hands.

I saw Dr. Raymond Ragland for my left hand about a year ago. I saw him for my right hand on August 29th, 2025. He's just incredible. He's amazing. He knew my history. He gave me an injection and I feel much, much better. I'm very happy with Dr. Ragland.

I can't access my chart and I am confused about the day of my surgery because I have 2 separate appointments that day and I only knew of one appointment

Your appointment system needs serious upgrade! I had to leave a message as I was number 55 in the queue to speak with an individual. I kept getting told you were doing upgrades to your system and it was not completed yet. Totally ridiculous that a medical provider cannot have a system upgrade before putting it in place. This is a complete oversight by the IT team and it needs to be looked at.

It was very difficult to make an appointment. First time I called I was on hold for 45 minutes and got disconnected. Second time I called I was on hold for 2 hours! Very disappointed in the Virtua appointment system.

I was seen quickly once I arrived. Everyone was very nice.

Dr.Ragland and the office staff were great. However, the call center staff (when trying to make an appointment) are horrible. Between the long wait times (under staffed) and their arguments about appointments, I wish you had a different system for making appointments.

The staff as well as physician are extremely professional. They are very attentive to your needs, always concerned about how you're feeling, your pain level. I wouldn't go to any other hand surgeon or orthopedic doctor except for this office. It's the best. I appreciate their care.

Been very happy with my two visits

I was very satisfied my visit because Dr. Ragland provided me with clear information and a resolution that help my issue immediately.

The phones are terrible. I called twice. The first time I was caller 44 and the second I was caller 56. It's unacceptable. I had to hang up both times after 45 minutes. I literally drove to the office on both occasions. How am I supposed to get ahold of office after surgery. Patients deserve better.

I saw Dr Ragland for an issue I had been having for 3 weeks. It literally took him 5 minutes to identify my problem. He provided injections and I experienced dramatic improvement in my situation. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Thankfully I didn't need more intervention but if I did, I trust him, his medical decision making, and procedural abilities!
