everyone at office was very nice. DR.Ricardo Mabanta was very nice he did my testing even though it was not put into there system correctly not there fault but he was very gentle doing the test gave me some results he was a very careing dr and took his time even though was his lunch time he didnt want me to have to wait an reschedule again would have to wait few months.i appreciated that very much .he is a very good and nice dr and i would go to him again.hes very careing and does his testing very easy with needles and wires. i thank him very much.

Always patient care

The provider was very pleasant and professional. He did ask me questions and was patient with my responses. The nurse assistant was very pleasant. The only issue I had and some of my ratings would have been higher, but at check-in at the main lobby the person was not as pleasant and I didn't feel welcomed and was disappointed with her interaction as opposed to other Virtua facilities I have visited. She was speaking with a co-worker and was more attentive to the co-worker then checking me in. No smile and seemed as if I was a bother. Otherwise my visit after checking in with the main check in was very pleasant.

Horrible! Never in my life have I've witnessed a doctor dismissing an elderly woman like a piece of garbage. I asked for a dementia test that never happened. HES A NEUROLOGIST! wouldn't give any meds to help with her situation. He told me to ask her primary doctor. Dismissing her needs. Awful to treat an elderly person like that! Such a disappointment..

The young woman who checked us in and out was quite rude. She barely looked up and was very unfriendly. Thankfully, the nurse & doctor were much nicer to interact with.

Dr. Ricardo is wonderful, man. He took care of me. He explained everything to me. I was very comfortable and at ease with him. He made me feel so much better and explained, like I said, everything. He's a wonderful doctor. I'm glad I'm going to him. That's it. He's the best.

The doctor was very thorough, asked pertinent questions, and listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with the treatment I received and will be returning for future consultations. The entire office environment was excellent. Check-in and check-out were also handled extremely well.

My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and the doctor treated me with great respect and he seemed to understand my situation. However, I called the office following my appointment requesting a medication so that I could take the MRI and I haven't heard back yet. I would like a little bit more responsiveness from the office staff. Thank you.

Dr Mabanta found a problem in my brain that was treatable and directly me to a wonderful brain surgeon in the Penn hospital.

This was my initial visit with this doctor. As such, he reviewed my history with me. Going over past procedures, such as MRI, in great detail. We discussed my current medications, as well as plans for the future. We agreed that I would only return if I felt the need. A very professional and personable doctor. As I have found with every doctor in the Virtua system.

The waiting room needed to be bigger .

Dr Mabanta answered all our questions and was helpful in explaining my husbands health concerns.

Dr. Mabanta may be a very good neurologist but we don't understand each other very well. I have a serious headache problem and I can't solve it. I suggested using other methods and he refused. It's a problem that I've had for a long time and I can't control. I don't know if I'll go back to that Dr. in March. The THERAPIST I'M SEEING VIRTUALLY IS TERRIBLE AND NOT GOOD AT ALL AT WHAT SHE DOES. I saw another one previously for the same problem and SHE WAS EXCELLENT. Thank you for letting me express what I feel.

Coordination is poor. Not easy to get appointment. Once got it. Kept changing. Once in the office kept me waiting. But doctors himself is nice. Listened well, but not explained well. He is far better than the first visit two years ago.

Dr. Meventa actually listened, but I don't know if he heard. And I think that sometimes I got the impression that he was looking at me, that I didn't believe what I was saying, or he had some kind of other thing on his mind. I just didn't feel that he was there with me concerned about anything. So I'm not gonna go back.

Yes, this was my first visit to this doctor, and I wasn't a bit unfamiliar with him, so it was a little, you know, everything was kind of very new to me, and he didn't know me as much as a patient, only because it was the first visit. So it was difficult to get any kind of a, you know, a personal opinion. So, you know, I did like him. He was easy to talk to, and so my visit went very well, which I, Thank you.

Yeah, I was very, very happy with the care that I received. And I was so happy, in fact, that I have already recommended Dr. Mabanto to a friend of mine. And I hope that she follows up and schedules. Thank you so much. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Dr Mabanta cares for my mom and his initial diagnosis for my mom was accurate. The medication he prescribed changed her quality of life in less than a week. I'll always be grateful for that. She's been seeing him for a little over a year now and his interest and concerns are about her overall health. She likes and respects Dr Mabanta so she is more inclined to do what he suggests and that's more than half the battle.
