Most impressed with the response time to questions I have periodically. Dr. Paluzzi and staff are amazing in how quickly they get back to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Paluzzi for years. I have great respect for him as he never rushes a visit, answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. Last summer, when he was away, I had to see a different doctor. She ordered several tests some of which I thought were unnecessary. She said she would follow up with me after they were completed, but I never heard from her again. Also, the issue I sought help with resolved itself, so I canceled the last two scheduled tests. From that time on, I will only see Dr. Paluzzi.

The APN [REDACTED] was sharp, and thorough, and communicative. However it took Dr. Paluzzi's curiosity and care to listen to my several phone calls to the help folks to figure out where my communication was breaking down. Problem solved, medication picked up, infection gone.

Dr. Paluzzi is extraordinarily responsive. He stays current on my health issues thru reviewing MyChart, and he responds to questions on MyChart faster than expected. I appreciate that I don't feel rushed when I'm with him.

I am averse to going to a doctor. Dr Paluzzi is calming, confident with his knowledge without being condescending, and provided me (and continues to provide me) with advice I trust completely. He turned me around from my first meeting as I hadn't been to a primary in a while. His only fault is that he's a Giants fan.

I go to Virtual Health because of Dr. Plutsky. I followed him from Broad Street. He's a great doctor. And I like Virtual Health and everything you do there. That's it.

I feel fortunate that Dr. Paluzzi is my primary care physician. He is caring, knowledgeable, and proactive. His medical assistant - Brandon, I believe - also exhibited these same qualities.

Yes, I was treated very kindly with my physician and the people there in suite B2. Very nice. But my doctor gave me a script to take over to suite A to schedule an appointment. And the female there, the black, middle-aged woman, she was very mean and nasty to me. She didn't even want to work that day, had a mean attitude, and didn't want to schedule me. She told me to wait for a minute. She goes to the back. I think maybe the computer broke down or something. I don't know. She had me standing there for 10 minutes. So I told the lady next to her, I'm going to the ladies' room. I'll be right back. And so when I came back from the ladies' room, a sign was put up that says, going out for lunch for an hour. So that was very mean what she'd done to me. But the lady next door was physical therapy. She told me how to sketch my blood work. But I would never, ever,

Dr. Pauluzzi, he interrupted me every time I tried to say anything. He told me that I had an allergic, allergy-induced asthma and he told me that I had previously not had pneumonia when I had x-rays that showed that I had had pneumonia in January. He told me I didn't. He sent me home. Before he sent me home, he said to me, well, you can take the medication or not, this is the right course of treatment. I went home and I got a fever of almost 103 because he was wrong. I went to an urgent care clinic the next day and I was diagnosed with pneumonia because I was given x-rays almost immediately, something he scoffed at when I recommended he do that. He didn't listen to anything I had to say. When I asked him about antibiotics because I told him the medication he was recommending hadn't worked previously, he said you're not getting antibiotics as if I was asking for some sort of a drug to get high. So overall, I was disgusted with my care and I would strongly recommend everybody rigorously avoid this person and certainly not have him as a doctor.
