Taken timely, very quickly seen in exam room. All staff were courteous. Rima was very thorough, came up with a plan moving forward and was very caring. Was in and out in about 15 minutes!

It was a new patient visit so I would not expect the P.A. to know my medical history but it was very clear she read my chart. She was informative, patient and made things understandable.

A million thanks to PA Rima for her kind, attentive care. She's a most wonderful practitioner, and I'm delighted to be her patient.

I had been experiencing significant pain in my right knee for approximately 6-7 weeks prior to this appointment. I originally had an appointment scheduled with another clinic but canceled it because this appointment with Virtual was available sooner, although it still required a two-week wait. Given the duration and severity of my pain, I reasonably expected that some form of imaging would be performed during this visit, followed by a diagnosis and treatment to provide relief that same day. Unfortunately, that was not possible because this clinic does not have an X-ray machine. This was extremely disappointing, as I left the appointment without any relief from my pain and was scheduled for another appointment on February 16. By that date, I will have been dealing with this issue for roughly the same amount of time as the original delay, which defeats the purpose of seeking earlier care.

Everything was fine except for the wait time. That was it. Goodbye.

I feel just as scared and helpless as I did when all my symptoms started which is discouraging given that the ER and my primary both were so happy to say how rheumatology is who needs to help me... While I understand that you cannot diagnose at a first visit, I feel I got nothing, and not one word of encouragement that maybe it will be OK and no hints at what might be going on with me.
