Taken timely, very quickly seen in exam room. All staff were courteous. Rima was very thorough, came up with a plan moving forward and was very caring. Was in and out in about 15 minutes!

It was a new patient visit so I would not expect the P.A. to know my medical history but it was very clear she read my chart. She was informative, patient and made things understandable.

I feel just as scared and helpless as I did when all my symptoms started which is discouraging given that the ER and my primary both were so happy to say how rheumatology is who needs to help me... While I understand that you cannot diagnose at a first visit, I feel I got nothing, and not one word of encouragement that maybe it will be OK and no hints at what might be going on with me.

PA Rima was absolutely WONDERFUL! She listened attentively and spoke with great respect. Other providers ignore me because I am 88 - they treat me like I am wasting their time. Rima is kind! She CARES about me and my quality of life. I felt better just from my first visit. I hope to follow up with her soon. THANK YOU, Rima!
