The directions on how to get to both offices (one on rt. 73 and 70) are very confusing. When I got lost and went to rt 73 office first they did not have a GPS address which is needed to find the 70 office. So I had to wait an extra hour for my appointment. This should be easy to fix. Dr Matthew's was very dismissive and ran out of the room not leaving time for me to sit up and ask questions. I wanted acid on the nail so it won't grow back but she seems to think she knows everything and didn't even let me ask. I know because my other toe, that's what needed to be done. Also, they didn't even ask me what my pharmacy was and sent it to my old pharmacy, resulting in a half hour phone call on hold with the help desk on the way to work. The medical assistant was nicer than the Dr. but I wanted to ask questions to the doctor. I know they want it to grow back because everyone is money hungry now compared to some years ago. Virtua used to be better.

Dr Matthew knew exactly what to do to help my right big toe. Very pleased.

Dr Mathews's provided excellent services to me and my husband. I am not at all pleased with the new location on egg harbor rd in Sewell. The treatment room is entirely too small. My husband is 6' tall. When sitting on the table his feet could touch the door when it was opened. The walls in the room were dingy and marked from prior years of use. I perceive that it could be a dangerous environment should a patient fall in the treatment room. Way too small to have a gurney brought in if necessary or any additional staff.

Dr Mathews was lovely, put me at ease. Was grateful for her knowledgeable assessment. Will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr Matthews is vvery good doctor, she recommended something for my husband to get to help with his curled up toes, and it worked. Very good doctor.

This was my first appointment in this office. It was larger and more convenient to get to than the other office! The multiple Medical staffers coordinated and worked seemingly well together. It was a great patient experience. My doctor and her aid were phenomenal as always!

Rinsa Matthews has an exceptional personality with her patients. I appreciated her upbeat personality and her decisions what to do to find out what's causing my problem.

Nurse Carin and Dr. Mathews were both fantastic. They both listened and I felt they understood my issue. Dr. Mathews examined my feet and explained what the diagnosis most likely was pending review of the X-Rays that were ordered. Suggestions were provided as were recommendations for devices to purchase to help correct the medical issues.

When I have an appointment with Dr. Mathews I am always seen on time or even a little bit earlier.

It's just that the lady that she has that waits on you when you come in, she's just a different type of person. Because I had asked her to put my socks on, and then she went and told the doctor, and when the doctor came and cut my toenails, she done it. But I had asked her, I guess I'll call my tech or whatever. But it's just that I feel some type of way with her. And I'm thinking about like, I should go to another facility because I really don't like dealing with that. All right, thank you.

Scheduling the appointment was very difficult. It used to be much easier doing it on my chart. Now I had to call two times and the second time I was on hold for over 45 minutes. That is kind of unacceptable just to schedule an appointment.

Always receive excellent care. Treated with respect . Doctor always explains the condition and always provides solutions and treatment to my condition. Nurse and staff are polite, caring and very professional. Building is clean and safe.
