Everybody was very friendly, very accommodating, and very nice. It was a very nice visit.

Dr. Patel was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The girls in the other office who deal with insurance were excellent and I feel they go above and beyond.

The front desk is not really customer friendly. This is my second time encountering being disregarded while waiting to be checked in.

I like going to that office. All the girls are very, very nice. The doctor was extremely nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for everything.

I was prepared to pay my $50.00 copay with cash. I had a $50.00 dollar bill. Which I wasn't allowed to use. So I had to put it on a credit card. This upset me for I'm trying to NOT use my credit cards.

NP Patel was wonderful. She seemed to know my previous concerns and history and listened to my concerns and questions and responded accordingly. I will highly recommend her to anyone who asks for this type of service.

My provider made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgable, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about me. I trusted her and would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends.

Ms. Patel is excellent. She always is prepared & answers questions made by me and present family members.

Risha was kind, caring, knowledgeable and informative. She presented my EGD and biopsy results information and offered plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. She demonstrated her listening skills and showed much compassion and caring. She is a wonderful asset to the group.

Everyone from the girls at the front desk who check you in to [REDACTED] who is such a sweetheart and Risha the NP they are all wonderful and I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!

Risha communicates very clearly and in terms of that are easily understood. She listens and displays appropriate compassion when decisions can be complicated. Overall, the other personnel that I had interaction with were also very efficient and communicated in a compassionate manner.

When I arrived the computer system was down. But everyone from the girls at the desk to the provider handled the situation professionally and very well. The worked well together and made everything flow well, and I was still seen on time!

I felt very comfortable and trusted Risha. She answered all my questions and was very professional, kind and caring. Even after I left the office she sent me a message on My Chart as to my follow up care. I sent her a message and she answered promptly.
