Rishona Johnson PA from Virtua's Heart Failure Program is truly wonderful. From the second she stepped in the room I was happy. She had taken the time to review all of my tests and records and knew all of my details prior to our meeting. She is amazingly professional, sweet, and caring. She explains things clearly without being patronizing. She pauses to listen and checks to make sure you understand and responds to any questions you may have. I feel like my health care is in good hands with her. What a real asset she is to your medical group! Thank you.

Very kind, listened to everything that I talked to her about. Also, she knew my history, even though it was my first time seeing her. I would come back and see her. Loved her spirit, the way she talked to me, her respect. Very friendly. I would see her over and over again.

[REDACTED] Johnson is definitely a provider that cares about her patients. She definitely looks at everyone's chart and treats everyone as an individual and not a general basis. She hones in on my personal medical needs and she's excited about my progress, whatever progresses I make, and She treats me like I'm basically her sister and I love that, you know, and I feel like she is my sister. She's pregnant now, about to have a baby. And, you know, and it's her last child. She shared that with me, like, she's very personable and I love that about her. So, very great decision to have her part of your network. Thank you.

She went over my questions with answers. Sometimes I double up on them and I'm asking the same thing. But she was very nice, very kind, explained things out to me with every question I had. And yes, I would recommend them to my family and friends.
