Very positive visit!

I'm very happy with my care for the heart failure and very happy with everyone that treated me there. Thank you.

I was hesitant at first. Everything was fine until the morning. My power went out and I was stuck in my recliner it took me like 15 minutes to get to the computer. I called to let them know when the power was restored. Everything was fine and had my schedule time with the doctor. It's funny because my last question to the gentleman that was here was what if my power goes out he told me to call and let them know when it's back on. All went well after I called to tell the the power was back on. I suggest you tell customer that issue so they know what to do. All went well when I saw my doctor and I was discharged from the program.

Rishona is wonderful. She's so caring and genuinely looks very interested in your health and your well-being. I really enjoy talking to her and she really listens. I appreciate her very, very much.

She had taken the time to review all of my tests and records and knew all of my details prior to our meeting. She is amazingly professional, sweet, and caring. She explains things clearly without being patronizing. She pauses to listen and checks to make sure you understand and responds to any questions you may have. I feel like my health care is in good hands with her. What a real asset she is to your medical group! Thank you.

Very kind, listened to everything that I talked to her about. Also, she knew my history, even though it was my first time seeing her. I would come back and see her. Loved her spirit, the way she talked to me, her respect. Very friendly. I would see her over and over again.
