When the doctor recommended the breath test yo diagnosebthe problem, it woyldvhave b een helpful v to explain the invoved process at that time in stead of leaving it to the nursing assistant.

This was my first visit, so far so good. We only had a discussion no care was needed. I couldn't tell if the provider knows all my history, the discussion was based on his knowledge and experience...which proved to be correct.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Shmuts and have confidence in his ability to provide me with excellent medical care. He has a warm and friendly personality and seemed to genuinely care about me.

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful.

I would like to send my girlfriend to your office to get training on how to learn to be nice and learn how to be caring.

The doctor was very good at discussing my particular situation.

When we entered the office, the staff welcomed us warmly. Dr. Shmuts listened carefully to my statements. While speaking, he made eye contact and leaned forward, conveying that he was listening and concerned. He spoke with knowledge and information, which gave my wife and me confidence.

Slightly difficulty, getting my prescription renewed at the correct pharmacy. If I picked it up at the first pharmacy, the sent me it would cost me over a $100 more. This happened 3 times in a prior visit to different pharmacies.

When checking the patient should be able to choose which lab they're going to use for doing their blood test instead of sending them back-and-forth or asking them which lab they prefer to use

The Scheduling Nurse Ms. Lisa was very helpful and made sure I understood everything that I needed to know for my procedure.

My experience was smooth and efficient. I was able to set everything up through mychart which was extremely helpful as calling in to make an appointment isn't optimum for me with my work schedule. Dr Shmuts was on-time and I felt that he was very present and listened to all of my concerns. I highly recommend!

The visit went extremely well. Unfortunately I showed up for my appointment 5 days early. I was treated with extreme respect considering I did something so stupid. The woman behind the desk was wonderful! We had a good laugh and when I came back for the actual appointment she remembered me and was great! Dr Shmuts was great as usual !
