Dr. Ames was professional and very understanding of my medical issues. He explained, in depth, what my back issues are and gave a clear plan to provide my care in the future. I would highly recommend Dr. Ames.

Wait time was over an hour. No comfortable seats for back patients in the waiting or exam rooms.

Dr. Ames is the first doctor that not only listened but heard what I was saying. I do not have the easiest time describing my symptoms. Dr. Ames looked for all the right keywords and asked all the right questions.

Everything there was really good. All the people were good. The doctor was great. The only problem was the x-ray machine blew up.

Dr. Ames is a really great doctor. He keeps my history, stays familiar with my history and keeps me involved. I know he has nothing to do with insurance companies. They should stay out of our lives, but we're going to try physical therapy, but yeah, I'm realizing that I probably didn't let him know how much pain I was in. But I know the insurance company is going to want me to have therapy, so this is how it is, and I'm sure he's very much aware of that, too. So we're going to try physical therapy.

Very pleasant, very informative

I appreciated that Dr. Ames took time to show me exactly where my major back issue is on the X-ray and answer all might questions as well as recognize my age when discussing next steps forward. As a nurse practitioner (retired) I appreciated being treated so respectfully.

Dr Ames was very genuine, down to earth, caring & empathetic. His expertise was quickly apparent & he engaged me in understanding exactly what my problem is & the best recommended treatment based on my symptomolagy. My good luck , "I found a good one".

He was very kind. His bedside manners was 100. The staff was a hundred. Everything was great. He's a very, very good doctor. And I would share him being a doctor to anyone that I know that would ask me. Right on top. He's very good.

I finally found a doctor that listens to what I am feeling an what I think My problem is an he reacted right away an sent me for testing to find out what was actually wrong with me an I respect that he listens to what I tell him what I am feeling other doctors wouldn't listen when I tried to tell them what I was going through he's great ???

Dr Ames and staff are the standard that ALL medical practices should aspire to meet.

First, the room they put me in was painted dark and dreary and 3 out of 4 of the light bulbs were out , leaving one bulb working. This made the room dark and then Dr Ames arrived after 20 minutes to ask me what he could do for me. Dressed in a wrinkled dingy Dr coat and worn high top sneaks left undone. He dismissed me very quickly stating there wasn't anything he could do for me. That was it ! Wasted my time.Oh and he asked me why I would no ever go "all the way to Lankanau for a surgeon " I was very disappointed!

Was sitting i waiting room a hour and fifteen minutes after appointment while the receptionist was laughing and carrying on and forgot to check me in for 30 min. When i got to see dr he hadthoughti failed to up .

Being a new patient I took an appointment with the first available doctor that I could. However, that is why the doctor didn't have all of my information but I brought what I could. I did however feel very comfortable and confident with my doctor who was asking me questions that I feel I've been wanting to hear for a long time. I scheduled 3 mri's with Inspira hospital but It will be a month before I can have them done. I will keep checking for cancelations and I'm going to check with my previous hospital, [Redacted] to see if I can get them done sooner there because I really want to get the ball rolling because for the first time in a long time I feel I, with the help of my new doctor will get a better understanding on what is going on. Good or bad, I feel confident that if something can be done to improve my quality of life which sucks right now that I am in the right place. Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon. It was great to see Dr. Ames again. This was my third visit with him, a six month checkup. I was happy to tell him how much improvement I've had with physical therapy since my last was appointment. Dr. Ames is very kind & has a warm, connecting personality. He was very caring & compassionate toward my past history of scoliosis surgery. He took time to answer any questions I had & he was pleased with the results I've had with PT.

Dr. Ames and his staff are very knowledgeable and great to deal with! I am very comfortable entrusting them with my care and well-being.

Dr Ames has done excellent work in taking care of me over the 4+ years he's been the best kind of doctor you can get. He always goes above and beyond to ease me in into likely outcomes instead of the overwhelming spiral of doom I explore first... would I recommend him? Absolutely! I give a huge thank you to your receptionist at the WT office who treated me with kindness and handled my insurance problem fixed the problem before there was a problem. She has a heart of gold and I can't remember her name. She was lovely. Please, please fix your phone system. I was caller 51 in the cue and still haven't gotten a call back. This is embarrassing for a doctor I recommend and my friend can't get through. See this office again soon, actually

Yes, I really like Dr. Ames. He is very, very nice guy. He listens and talks to you and tells you what's going on. When you walk in, them girls ain't that nice. But he is very, very nice. Dealing with the in person staff is not bad. But trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare you are on hold forever and sometimes get disconnected. The portal is a little better but am still waiting for a response after 48 hours to a question.

The intake lady prior to the Doctor's visit and the Doctor were fine/ The woman at the front desk was rather rude.
