we waited forever in a cold room. they had us undress our newborn and left him without clothes on for over an hour in the room, waiting for the provider. it's ridiculous for a newborn to wait that long and be sitting there in just a diaper.

I had previously thought it was convenient going here I believe it's ok for kids but not for myself at present moment have things change gotten better. I was on the fence but decided to try again for the kids but not for myself. At this time iam looking for other doctors which is inconvenient for me but it's ok.Thank You At this time son had no complaints.

Dr. Rob Austin , who is new to this practice, was just rude! He picked on my child, ( a 16 yr old boy ) about his weight. This was our first and will be our last visit either Dr. Rob Austin. Did not care for him at all! Even my 16 yr old son did not care for him! Also a training Dr was brought in, without my even being asked. Dr. Rob Austin is definitely NOT AN ASSET to this office! We used to see Dr. [REDACTED] and loved him. Miss Dr. [REDACTED] sooooo much!
