Great experience. Last doc gave wrong diagnosis and treatment. I was shown the area of the MRI which was giving me the problem and options to pursue.

I'm confused about an order for an MRI ( looking for a possible tumor) abruptly changing to 4 weeks of PT., due to denial of MRI. Makes no sense. Hoping to get this rectified sooner than later.

Dr Greenleaf is an excellent provider . I've had problems with my back most of my adult life. Dr Greenleaf explained what was wrong and suggested physical therapy and epidural injections if the therapy doesn't give me relief. He personally read my X-rays and showed me the images onscreen. I had a positive visit last week.

Doctor green leaf is an individual with high integrity and skill. I trust him implicitly to do surgery on my spine. Something I don't take lightly.

Dr. Greenleaf is an exceptionally empathetic doctor. I needed more urgent care so he sent me to be admitted through the ER. He called ahead so was taken in a timely manner.

Dr. Greenleaf was very knowledgeable and explained my condition so I could understand like him a lot. It was like sending in my living room talking to my brother I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Greenleaf was so friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to speak with regarding my issue. I was impressed by how much he knew of my health history, so I didn't have to do a lot of explaining. He also gave me a short list of spine issues and surgeries with my issues highlighted as well as the surgery that I would need to undergo if need be. He was very positive and doesn't expect to see me in the future based on the progress I've made with physical therapy. Restrooms were clean actually the whole place was neat and well organized

Dr. Greenleaf listens, he cares, and knows what he's talking about. He pulled up the x-ray so I could see what my spine looks like. He is always caring, concerned, pleasant, and cheerful. I couldn't ask for a better spine doctor!

The first attendant, John, was friendly and efficient. The x-ray techs were the same. Dr. Goodleaf was incredible. I liked him from the start. He asked the right questions, paid close attention to my answers, gave great advice, and came up with a good treatment plan.

A pleasant visit. I did not feel rushed. Dr Greenleaf gave me all the time I needed and was very clear on the explaining the pathology and treatment options.

I was happy to schedule with Dr. Greenleaf. He was very knowledgeable and directed me to the right source because I wasn't sure if I was gonna get my back surgery or not. And he said, your best bet is to get a stimulator because my spine's like really messed up. So I highly recommend him to anyone who's a good doctor.

Dr. Greenleaf read my file ahead of time, asked me relevant questions & actually listened to my answers. I do not need surgery but he wants me to followed by Dr. Taylor for pain management & he prescribed steroids. My only issue is that the next available appointment at any location with Dr. Taylor is a month away. That's a long time when you are in pain & unable to live your normal life.

Doctor Greenleaf basically gave me my life back. I was barely able to walk for almost a year and a half due to the severe pain in my back & leg. I was free from pain in my leg the very first time I got up after surgery. Anyone I speak to that complains of back pain or says they need surgery. I tell them just where to go. He is the best.

Dr. Greenleaf did back and neck surgery for me. He has given me a new lease on life. He is terrific.

Scheduling my appointment was not a positive experience. The original appointment for an acute problem was a month out. Health desk was able to move it up by 2 weeks, this was not a new patient appointment

It is extremely hard to reach the provider because the phone communication is totally ineffective. I've been on the phone for literally 2 hours before I hung up due to complete frustration. The navigator system is horrendous. It is impossible to talk to a real person.

This group is wonderful and I've been with them for 20+ years. Very consistent and caring.

Everything was good except for the Virtua phone system. Everything time I call Virtua I'm waiting forever to speak to someone. I'm so discouraged with calling, I just end up calling a Cooper doctor! I now use a Cooper cardiologist and pulmonologist.

The only thing I was really disappointed in, because my time is special too, I made this appointment, this appointment they gave me at, it was 3.50, I did not get, let's see, I think the lady at the front desk forgot me, or forgot to send back the message that I was there, I was there a quarter of three. What was my appointment, my appointment, I'm sorry, my appointment, did I say that right? Anyway, I got there 15 minutes early to my appointment, which was, I got there at 2.45. I didn't get out of there. I think I was the last patient to get out. I don't know what happened. I just, and I went up to the woman at the front desk that signed me, you know, that asked me the questions. I said, did they forget me? And she said, I'll send a message back. Then I went to the other side after waiting another, I don't know how long, and then went to them. And they said they would send a message back. But, of course, I ended up being their last patient. I didn't get out of there until about quarter to five.

Yes, I was very happy to see Dr. Greenleaf. He was a big surgeon and I didn't realize that until I spoke to someone that had a very big operation with him. He was very personable and direct with me and gave me very good advice. He walked me out, which I thought was very unusual for a big doctor. So that would be my feedback. The whole facility treated me with the utmost respect. They were very attentive from the beginning to the end. I gave the whole facility 10 out of 10 from the point of contact where I had to do paperwork and submit the necessary documents for me to be seen and then ask questions that needed to be put in the system and then second I go get x-ray done and then at the end meeting the physician. It was just a very pleasant experience. The provider was very knowledgeable, was able to break down what was going on internally with my body, doing the x-ray, pretty much explained.
