Front desk need to be more friendly to the people who are coming up to the desk. Also your Dr's need to really listen to there patience. I feel like they are not really listening, just going through the motions. It's like they become robots to what they are doing. Just going through the motions and not really paying attention to their patients. ?

I really like seeing my provider Dr Figliola she is very thorough & spends the time answering my questions and concerns. I like that she also follows up after my visits to the office regards blood work or any tests that I may have needed.

She mostly said about my checkup, everything was fine. She told me to see that I still take ask me that I still take my medicine. The thing I said yes, And then she'll be asking me what medicine I'm taking like. She don't know what medicine she gave me. So I had to shower.

The doctor didn't know my medical history because I was a new patient establishing my medical history with her during the visit.
