PA Robin Potestia was great! She explained everything for my upcoming surgery thoroughly. She answered the few questions I had demonstrating her knowledge of the procedure and my medical history. Her demeanor was pleasant, thoughtful and caring. The check-out person was very helpful, making sure all my paperwork, prescriptions, etc. was all in order before I left. A pleasant experience all around. Thank you.

Surgical coordinator and medical personnel have gone above and beyond. Also have to mention the people that helped with my physical therapy check in and scheduling. Thank you each and everyone!

I was seen by P.A. Robin, and she gave me a cortisone shot in my other knee to help stabilize my balance and reduce pain, and, It was the most comfortable shot I ever had. It was an awesome experience thanks to her

Robin was very nice , showed me the x-rays of my before and after procedure explained everything that was done , explained how the procedure was done and answered my questions it was a pleasant experience

The xray team and th PA I met with were very friendly and competent. A quick and efficient post op check in

I felt that this provider was not what I would have expected in this practice. She had an attitude that was not at all customer service. She actually got annoyed when I thought that we should proceed with a film because I had had a problem. And then the other thing is that I told her about the severe pain in the calf, the redness, the hotness, she never even touched the calf or looked at the calf. Luckily, I am a care provider, so I figured I would be okay, but it would have been nice to have her validate that. Thank you.

The staff here are ALWAYS friendly, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and make me feel like a person not just another patient. Everyone makes sure to greet me by name, Ensure that I'm comfortable, and explain what they are doing and what will happen next. Robin is great- very down to earth and authentic. Reception staff, x-ray techs, all welcoming

Long wait for a short apt

I absolutely loved Robin. She was very interested in what I had to say and in my treatment plan and just a very, very nice young lady. I recommend her highly. Thank you.

My entire experience with Virtua reconstructive and the entire team at the hospital when recovering was nothing short of exceptional.

The wait was 45 minutes but otherwise it was pleasant

Robin was very professional as well as friendly. She made me feel very confident and comfortable in her competence to treat my issue. She was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions concerning previous treatments. I've had the most relief from this most recent cortisone shot than I had with the previous two. I hope that I will be able to see her in the future.
