Trouble with cpap and because the settings looked ok, he told me it was in my head and to just wear it. He spent 7 minutes with me at the appt.

Dr Malik was a great listener,kind and has me scheduled for a breathing test an a X ray. He gave me advice to begin exercising slow.

I would highly recommend anyone including my family to the pulmonology department if they needed so they were very professional personable. in fact, my chart did not catch my appointment when I arrived. It wasn't in the system. They were so good about it. They squeezed me in at 3 o'clock. A great team there!!!

My experience with the doctor was great. He agreed to give me prescriptions as I needed them. One in particular was for a travel CPAP machine. About a day later, I received a call, I'm sorry, not a call, a message in MyChart from the doctor's office asking me if I received the prescription and then advising me that I should call them if I need the prescription and that could have been handled better if the prescription was just uploaded to my MyChart, then I could have just pulled it down and used it. So now that's an additional step I have to take to call the number, have someone send it to me and it just seems very cumbersome for something that should have been pretty quick and easy. But otherwise, my experience with the doctor was great.

I feel very well treated. I have no complaints about the medical staff. I think the only thing they should improve is having more Spanish-speaking staff. That's where I feel there's a stagnation, both in person and online.

On my most recent visit, there were 5 different doctors seeing patients that day and the office was clearly very busy. However, everyone at the front desk was warm and friendly to everyone that was checking in or out. I never felt rushed whatsoever. Once in the back area, both Dr Malik and his MA ([REDACTED]) were also very warm and friendly. Despite how busy it was, I was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience!

Great doctor great bedside manners and would highly recommend him

Everyone was pleasant and helpful in explaining everything.

Fastest dr appt i have ever had. Spent less than 5 min w dr. Friendly dr but not much accomplished other than order for at home sleep study. Told it would take 7 to 10 days for approval and I received a call 4 days later saying it was approved but up to 15 more days for approval. Don't know what that means. So I wait.

I had trouble getting the audio and video to work on this visit

I was just disappointed in the fact that they could not read the sd card from my cpap machine and my machine did not transmit the info via wifi

When we were there the computer system was down. Several phone tag calls were made, told to call back when you do told dr will call back didn't happen nothing in the chart to indicate what the reason for the call was

He wasn't my original doctor, but he was very, very good. He explained everything to me. Tell me what to do. What not to do. Ask me all kinds of questions I liked him very much.

This was my first encounter with Dr. Malik. I don't know him. He doesn't know me. I don't believe that this test is fair or this survey is accurate because we don't know each other. How can I give you an accurate response when I've only had one interaction with him? That's all I have to say.

The technician, Sinead, was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. And Dr. Malik is really patient and so kind and very reassuring. I really appreciate his feedback.

Dr. Malik was not prepared for my appointment. He did not review my chart at any point. I attempted to discuss the challenges I was having with the CPAP machine, and I felt like I was not being listened to. He told me that I was waking up because of racing thoughts, even though I repeatedly said that I was having issues waking up in the middle of the night since starting the CPAP machine. When I asked about the data, he only looked at the previous night's data and not the entire data of three weeks from the CPAP machine. I don't feel like he was prepared for my visit or took notes or did anything related to my personalized care.

The service was quite good. The only thing missing was help in Spanish or in the language you speak, because there they only want to speak to you in English, and you need to be spoken to in the language you were born in.

My experience was very good. I called around to get an appointment with any pulmonologist and virtua was the most timely in getting the appointment and convenient in its location. Beyond that the staff was friendly upon checking in. The doctor was very nice and reassuring in his prognosis. And I'm not saying this because of a positive prognosis but I truly felt that he cared... which is nice! So actually a thank you to the entire staff and hopefully they get recognized for their good work.
