After the Dr prepped for my visit, someone put my status as seen while I was sitting in the waiting room. This resulted in me sitting there for an hour while patients checking in after me getting a room before me. No one did anything until I got up and asked how come I was not being seen which the person behind the counter gave me an attitude. The only answer I received was that someone clicked on my status as already been seen????

I love virtual pulmonology in Marlton. I love all the doctors. I love my doctor, Dr. Roman Krol. He's absolutely wonderful, knows my history, knows everything about me, things that he's just so incredible. He has kept me alive. He is honest with me. He is, he listens. He's, and the other people that I know that he's their doctor as well, they absolutely adore him, just like I do. I don't want, I just love him to death. He's the best of the best, answers all my questions. Oh, look, in the things, he doesn't forget. He's absolutely, he's magnificent. What a doctor. What a doctor. No one actually came out and saw me or talked to me for over an hour and 45 minutes. No one said anything about having to check in at a front desk. I was in the waiting room. I saw the nurses three times, asked them about when it was my turn, and I sat there and waited and waited until an hour and 45 minutes later, I got all pissy and I got on to talk to the nurse and said, look, I need help.

I always feel comfortable visiting this particular facility because from the time I walk through the front door I am greeted and treated with respect. This is what every patient deserves and expects from medical professionals. Thank you.

I understand trying to see as many patients as possible to make money, but slow it down. Doctor has no time to familiarize with the patients before starting the exam. Every visit I'm asked questions previously discussed. Some suggestions are not completely reviewed. There are times they don't recall earlier discussions

Initial vist. Limited future testing to discover why the 4 embolisms occurred. Suggested end of life directive should be established.... Why were we guided to end life directives, without a battery of tests to prove, why this was stated?

Dr. Krol treats the whole person, not just one system. That is a rare trait. He has helped me so much. I'm fortunate he's my doctor.

He really made some great info that I hadn't really considered. He encouraged me to research the two options he felt best. Which has given me some hope that maybe something can be done

I arrived at my appointment on time. It was a four o'clock appointment, but I wasn't seen until about 4.30. I had to wait. In fact, I really was there earlier. I was there about 10 minutes early. So it was about a 40-minute wait. That's the only thing I found uncomfortable. Kind of threw me off my time. I had some other places to go. That's the only problem I basically want to leave with you.

He helped me discuss the weight loss, what I need to do to improve, what I need to do to lose more weight. And he goes over all the options of everything that I'm doing and things that I need to do. And he makes sure that my appointments are set. He's a very good doctor.

The check in process failed!!! I checked like instructed 15 mins before my appt. I was still in waiting room 1 hr later after waiting room rolled over 2x so I went to ask and they said I wasn't even checked in! I was there 10:30 I didn't leave until 12:30

The distance to this office is beginning to be a problem for me as I am getting older and drive it myself.

I am particular with my doctors I don't always trust that they know what they're doing but Doctor Krol made quite an impression on me from the start!!! He's confident, knowledgeable courteous, professional and just an all around good Dr. I have been a Cooper patient all of my life until I had a heart attack in 2017 and met Dr. Timothy Morris!!! Since, I have been seeking out more Virtua Doctors!!!

My doctor r the best. But I felt a little uncomfortable as my doctor had a trainee with him . N when I tryed to get her to smile she Said yeah I probably can if it was 5:45 at night . So I felt like if I did have anything to say or ask she would have been upset cause I was keeping her there longer then she wanted to be. Some one should let her know this is a job that your not done at 5:00 everyday your done when you patients are done being looked at . Other then that love this practice.
