The nurse was very rude and the doctor didn't seem to care about me. She just wanted to push her agenda on me and make me feel bad about myself.

Tech was pleasant and professional. Dr Ma was professional and very nice. Answered my questions. She was thorough explaining the details of my care.

Every thing was Okay.

Mistakes happen on charts. The doctor and nurses were unwilling to consider that possibility and doubled down on preconceived notions about the patient and accused the patient of lying several times.

I had a 7:30 appointment and My Chart said to arrive at 7:10am to "check in " which I did even though i checked in online. At 8:07am I still was not taken back yet to be seen. I didn't see the provider till 8:20am. That is unacceptable. Especially when I was the first appointment of the day.

Upon arrival at 7:10 AM for my 7:30 appointment, office staff was annoyed with me. Asking why I was there, and if I had a 7:00 AM appointment. I informed her I was instructed to arrive at 7:10 for my 7:30 appointment. To which she was annoyed at, and proceeded to rudely point and ask me to sign in. When I checked out, the office staff was disorganized and people were waiting to leave and had to wait. Plus some of the staff appeared to have just rolled out of bed and were very disheveled. Dr Ma, was excellent.

I was actually referred there by another patient. I agree, the staff and facilities are great.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ma and I did not expect her to know my medical history. She listened to me when I told her some of my medical history that she did not know and made decisions based on everything.

Dr. Ma is the best. I wanted a second opinion for my a-fib so I chose Dr. Ma. Boy, she is a great doctor, nothing like the first one I went to see. I have 100% trust in her.

Everything was very professional

The front desk staff and the medical assistant were fantastic, however the doctor herself was very dismissive and gave very little symptom management options to help until most of the major testing is done. I guess you just have to suffer for months until they can fit you in for testing.

Dr. Ma is a wonderful and caring doctor. The staff are kind and professional. Everything runs so smoothly. There is rarely more than a few minutes wait time.

I appreciate that she listened carefully and then explained what she felt was going on. Her plan for diagnosis and treatment was very reasonable. I look forward to finding out more after tests. I am confident to have her as my cardiologist

Dr. Ma was so knowledgeable about my reason why I was there. I was so pleased with her professional communication skills with explaining my EKG. I than asked her if she was taking new patients and her response was so reassuring that I asked her if she could be my cardiologist. So happy that orthopedic Rehab set this appointment up for me to get cleared for a total knee replacement and they definitely matched me with a perfect cardiologist for my personality. Thank you.

No one asked what happened to me.

Dr. Ma was extremely professional, empathic, and made me feel like I was a partner in my care. The entire staff was also friendly and polite. I'm very likely to recommend her to all my friends.
