I love Doctor Rosaline Ma and her assistant. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. It's a pleasure going to this cardiology office.

Top of the line service.

Everything was very professional

The front desk staff and the medical assistant were fantastic, however the doctor herself was very dismissive and gave very little symptom management options to help until most of the major testing is done. I guess you just have to suffer for months until they can fit you in for testing.

Dr Ma on time, listened and explained everything I was concerned about.

Dr. Ma is a wonderful and caring doctor. The staff are kind and professional. Everything runs so smoothly. There is rarely more than a few minutes wait time.

All the staff were great. The assistant was very helpful and courteous. Dr Ma was so nice. I fired so much information toward her because it was our first time meeting. I appreciate that she listened carefully and then explained what she felt was going on. Her plan for diagnosis and treatment was very reasonable. I look forward to finding out more after tests. I am confident to have her as my cardiologist

Dr. Ma was so knowledgeable about my reason why I was there. I was so pleased with her professional communication skills with explaining my EKG. I than asked her if she was taking new patients and her response was so reassuring that I asked her if she could be my cardiologist. So happy that orthopedic Rehab set this appointment up for me to get cleared for a total knee replacement and they definitely matched me with a perfect cardiologist for my personality. Thank you.

No one asked what happened to me.

Dr. Ma was extremely professional, empathic, and made me feel like I was a partner in my care. The entire staff was also friendly and polite. I'm very likely to recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Ma was so kind and attentive. She was incredibly patient in answering my questions and walking me through everything. I felt well informed and confident in the plan of action for my care as I walked out the door. Incredibly happy with my experience. The entire team was so nice.

Everyone in the office was kind and caring. I was nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. I have never visited a Doctors office where everyone made you feel that they genuinely care.

Just that everything went well and I was in and out quickly!!!

I didn't appreciate my experience with Dr. Ma. She was not receptive to what I had to say and did not seem to care about my concerns. I felt like I had no other choice but to agree with her because everything I said she had negative rebuttals for. It felt like she looked down on me. She called my weight loss "minimal" and added incorrect notes to my chart. I'm proud of my weight loss although I'm not 100% where I want to be and for her to discount it was really hurtful. She did not listen to me carefully or hear my concerns. I would not go see her again. The front office staff and the medical assistant I saw were wonderful and very kind.
