I had left a message about blood work prior to the visit. This was not returned. I got a generic we are under transition answer. This seems to happen a lot. My providers keep leaving. I feel like I have to start over a lot lately.

It was a uninformative visit. The Dr wanted blood tests before giving me any information. I should have got the blood test before my appointment. At check out I was told there was no need for another appointment. I was told Dr Fair would call me. I have heard nothing from her. Very disappointed with my appointment and care to resolve my adrenal insufficiency. Which is a critical condition if you go into crisis. I'm an RN and am dissatisfied with my appointment. The staff was very polite and kind!

What the doctor did very well was to check all of my records. There was two options as to why I was there to see her and the scheduler had not told her which. And she researched each carefully before making a decision. I was very, very happy with the service. Thank you.

Wonderful job

The doctor talked to me about my diabetic progress, reviewed my blood work with me , took my numbers from my wearable CGM. She actually cares about my condition and tries to keep me focused on what diabetics need to do .

I feel like she dismissed my issues. She was not willing to listen very well, and made assumptions. I felt very uncomfortable as a patient and also an employee here at Virtua.

The entire staff was so welcoming that it felt less like a doctor visit and more like talking to people who know you well, and we're glad that you stopped by. Doctor visits can be very stressful, but the way the staff has mastered the art of being personable, takes a lot of the stress out. I was greeted and did not wait much before I went to the exane room.

They were very Professional

I would like for the endocrinologist to be able to order my Prolia and administer it under Part B so that I have a zero co-pay. Right now, I am under Part D where the provider only administers the medication and I have $126 co-pay. I would like to be under Part B.

Dr. Fair-Covely needs additional days in the Sewell location. Her Voorhees office is much less convenient for us.

Dr. Fair has a warm personality and genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. Faircovely has been my physician for the last several years. She always goes above and beyond. The office staff is amazing. My appointment times are great. There's not a long wait time. Anytime I need anything, she answers right away through the portal. I just would highly recommend Dr. Fairco, and I do appreciate how great the office staff is there from start to finish.

Dr. Rosemary is a sweetheart - her Professionalism as my endocrinologist is off the CHARTS. She listens, understands me, and has not given me any negative energy at all. She has me healthy and guides me with the what's best for me and she's has helped me get healthier as her guidance has proved it. I know I still have some goals I want to achieve with my health. We take it one step at a time and we are getting good results. She's an awesome person. She better never retire!!

Dr. Covely is great. On this day, I was in a hurry and they got mo in on time and the Dr. saw me promptly. I did have problems with the staff promptly refilling prescriptions. I sent a note to the Dr. in advance of my visit with the situation and the staff never passed the note to her even though it was addressed to her in MyChart. They then sent it to the wrong pharmacy even though the correct pharmacy had requested the refill. Seems like there are come challenges there.

Doctor Fair and her staff give me excellent care. Doctor Fair listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I look forward to all my appointments with her!

Not being able to move some days at all this is a big help

Whoever the person was that took me back to do my "work up" before seeing the doctor was absolutely miserable. She said 2 things to me the entire time. My BP and "the doctor will be in shortly". She never made eye contact, never smiled, never said hello, never made any kind of casual/polite conversation, etc. She is the first person I've encountered at this practice like that. Everyone else has been really nice & pleasant and I've been seeing Dr. Fair for over 10 years. Longer, I'm just not exactly sure how much longer!

Yes, hi, Dr. Fair-Covely and her staff were very, very helpful. We had a insurance issue that Dr. Fair-Covely followed up with our staff on and they sorted it out, getting the right address and location for medications to be ordered from, that type of thing. It was an online pharmacy. So I just want to make sure that they're acknowledged for their efforts to go above and beyond and help us all out. Thank you.

So I received some not so great news from my primary care provider and I went to see the specialist as requested. The specialist was kind, polite, cared about my concerns, asked me questions, tried to lighten the mood and share a laugh with me. She was very personable and took my experience to heart. She took the time to explain everything. and she gave me a care plan that works well for me and my lifestyle. So I appreciate it. Thank you again for all your help.

She is way overbooked. There were no open slots for a followup appointment in 3 months, so she had to had to double book me. That's too much stress on the system. There appears to be a shortage of doctors, too many diabetes patients or both.

Dr. Covely from the time I met her has been very, very patient and very concerned for listening to my concerns. She involves me with my care plan and I really, really enjoy getting to see her to help me with my, I like her. A plus. We need a plus.

The doctor has been very professional and listens to all of my concerns.

Dr. Rose has always taken great care of me whether I have an apt or on my chart. My A1C went up a little bit and she told me start taking my Ozempic regularly once a week. No more skipping doses and keep a record of all my test results. She also wants results sent to her monthly.

Dr. Fair is very easy to relate to. My wife and I never get the impression that we are being 'talked down to'. I have already recommended her to other family members. I do occasionally have issues trying to schedule appointments with her. Normally the only way to get 'the next' appointment is to schedule it while I am at my current appointment. I have not been able to schedule emergent appointments.

Dr. Fair was professional and respected my concerns about how to handle the dosing of my prescription even though she disagreed with them. Despite my best efforts, I know that am not always easy to deal with and she was great.

Dr. Fair-Covely treats me as a person and not just a number. She is interested in all medical issues going on with me . Keeps a close eye on my diabetes numbers and then discusses how we will continue my treatment.

I really would like to see more options for Wednesdays in the office that I went to there in Virtua, Washington Township, that area there. Because I cannot drive long distances, so it was nice to be able to go someplace closer to me.
