My doctor is absolutely wonderful. The only problem I had was I need to get a stress test and I believe 12 days to get a stress test is a little too long to wait. You guys need to get better with scheduling that that's my only complaint the people you have working here, a wonderful.

The Assistant nurse, was not that nice. Didn't treat me too good. She was a bit rude. I didn't know that I needed to make sure I didn't have lotion on for my ekg. If I had known Ahead of time I certainly would not have put any on. As it was only one leader was an issue which she wiped w alcohol. Pillow was slipping behind me which I mentioned just bc I was getting into proper place, not in a negative way at all. She said if you keep moving in a slightly snotty tone it will keep coming down. Also when her portion was completed, She said Dr Dunham will be in shortly. I said thank you. She did not & walked out. I do not appreciate Being treated this way, esp in a drs office where I am the customer/patient. I could have easily said something to her about the way she was treating me. I chose not to. I would never treat my custs that way. I must say a nice young lady was in the hallway & said have a nice day!

Dr Dunham is great! My only complaint is your incessant reminders texts and emails to keep my appt! I ALWAYS keep appts I schedule.. it's the hospital/office that changes or cancels. But I remain with Dr Dunham because I trust her!

My visit with Dr Dunham was very good. The wait to having my testing done is too long. Six weeks.

Dr. Dunham knows the family history, so I don't have any problems talking about my aches and pains, etc. with her.

My visit was on time and everyone was very nice. The technician who worked me up and did my EKG is always friendly and sweet and puts me at ease which really helps my blood pressure to stay normal. A pleasant experience from beginning to end.

She is the best!

I had to get an appointment for my pre-op for upcoming surgery but they didn't have any openings. The nurse at Cooper Hospital even tried to get an appointment for me but she was told I had to make the appointment myself. She said you guys were no help. There was only openings after my surgery. I got lucky someone cancelled and they got me in 1 week before my surgery . The appointment only took about 15 mins. I was happy I got in or I might have had to change my surgery date. Other wise everything else was fine .

Dr Dunham provides excellent patient care. She listens to her patients. She does appropriate testing or changes when needed. She is an asset to Virtua and her profession. She's the best!

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the waiting room and was treated extremely well. I only waited a few seconds before I was called to see the Doctor. Everyone was really great and the service was excellent.

The doc wanted to see me in 4-6 weeks to recheck my BP then again in 6 months. The ONLY appointment available was in 3 weeks with the PA. Ok, fine. They couldn't even schedule me for a 6 month appointment. Said I'll be on a call back list. Why is it so difficult to get appointments?

I've been coming to this office for years. The doctor that I used to see no longer sees patients at this office. So there's basically a whole new staff. They were all very nice and friendly. I'm happy with the new staff!!

Very informative interaction with Dr. Dunham. I finally got answers to a long time problem and possible solutions. The Technician that did the EKG was polite, but nothing else. Went through the motions, but was not up for any explanation. She was surprised that I had not had an EKG done prior to appointment. It seemed I was putting her out because she had to do it.

The one staff member, [REDACTED], came in. She treated me different than before. Somebody spoke to her. The Rozy came in and she seemed rushed and she just wanted to, you know, tell me that she'll see me in another year. I tried to explain to her that I had a serious problem going on. I had to push the issue and then she finally said she'll put a heart monitor on. And she said after the heart monitor comes back good, then she's not going to see me for another year because she thinks I have no other heart problems. And that's concerning.

I moved to this community almost 5 yrs ago to be near our son and his family after my husband passed away. It has not been easy finding physicians as caring as Dr. Dunham. She listens actively, asks questions not only about my health issues but about my family. She pays attention to lab results and immediately make suggestions on how to improve results. Sometimes even if patients know how to take better care of themselves, it makes a difference if your doctor reiterates what you already know to show that she really cares. She shows a lot of empathy and kindness. Office crew is wonderful, and readily reached if I have any question. Going to her office is always comforting, because I know I'm treated well with care.
