I can't say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff was from my first phone call to treatment. I'm hoping that all my visits remain at this level of care.

Dr. Zak listened to me as to what my complaints were about my feet and I think we're on the right path to resolving the issues with my feet with some medication and from there he will evaluate me again. That's a good thing to see how things are coming along. Thank you.

DPM was matter of fact about discussing xrays. Informed me of condition of my foot and what needed to be done surgically. When I asked about any brochures explaining the necessary procedure I was informed " we don't have any". I asked to write down name of procedure recommended. I researched online and found much more negative information regarding the surgery and recovery. The questions I did ask were answered by Dr. Zak but not much information offered otherwise. I was offered orthotic shoe inserts that did not seem to help with unbalance I feel. I do not have pain in my foot and my main concern is loss of arch and the unbalance/unsteadiness. I noted online info stated post triple arthrodesis I would continue to have unsteadiness and fusion of joints would hamper activity with swelling possibly lasting up to a year.

I appreciate that the wait wasn't long and I felt heard.

I just wish that like he ordered an ankle brace for me because my knee's getting weak because it's breaking down with arthritis. I just wish he would have gave me an inner depth of like what is going to happen in like five years from now or maybe even next year from now. Like am I going to have to go out of work because I'm on my feet a lot and like I was trying to get around to asking that stuff, but he kind of wouldn't really partake in it. So that's one thing that upset me.

My experience was great. However, I don't think the injury was my ankle. It was the mid part of my foot. But other than that, the doctor was great. Everyone was great. He really knows what he's talking about, but I just don't think the injury was with my ankle. Thank you. Bye.

When it's my first visit there and everyone was very nice and cordial to me that I greatly appreciate that with the conditions that I was in with my foot and the pain, Dr. Zak was extremely kind and he had well manners and attended to my needs and answered my questions and I greatly appreciate that. But everyone there was great and nice and the office was clean and very pleasant visit and appointment that I had there and I'm going to continue my service, I mean getting my treatment there.

Hi, I was really impressed with Dr. Zak because I have been having this problem with my feet for a while and I think I'm in the right place. Hopefully the pain gets over. He was professional and understanding at the same time. I am having a pending parauthorization with him so that I can get started with my medication. If that is taken care of, it would be absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Dr Zak was very nice but I don't feel he really addressed the issue appropriately. I was not aware of a $30.00 copay for an xray, in addition to the $30.00 copay for the office visit. This should be explained prior to being seen.

This was my first meeting with Dr Zak and I found him to be compassionate, professional and patient. He listened to my concerns/questions, provided me with detailed answers and setup a comprehensive plan for treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Zak to family and friends.

Everything went well but did not like driving 40 minutes for a 5 minute paper signing. I think they could have sent the papers to a closer office.

This visit was a very long process for me to make due to the fear and uncertainty! Dr. Zak made me feel confident and secure in my decision to seek the medical attention that I need to hopefully get back to a good physical condition in my future life.

I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment on the day that I called. When I arrived I was taken to an exam room shortly after. Dr. Zak listened carefully as I explained my injury and after viewing the X-rays taken at an urgent care facility he arrived at a diagnosis which he then explained as well as what treatment I should do at home.

Dr. Zak was excellent. I am very happy he will be doing my care. Thank you.

The provider didn't listen or hear me he just did what he wanted and barely gave me any eye contact he ran in and ran out I told him my pharmacy had changed from one to another he had it sent to old pharmacy and now when I had someone go to get my medicine it wasn't the medicine we agreed to so I feel he lies just didn't care for him I'm a person not a number of

The doctor was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was attentive. He took the time to talk with me. I did not feel rushed. I felt like he really cared about my well-being and interest in helping me feel better.

I am really grateful to doctor Zak for helping with my problem. He helped me few years ago and now he even remembered my situation from before. He really listened to me and made me feel hopeful about living my life pain free.

The young lady that answered the phone was really great in terms of checking in with the doctors to make sure that I still could be seen, in which I was very appreciative of that, that I was able to be seen. As soon as I got in, I was able to get in. And the doctor came in, he, someone else did come in to greet me and take me to the room. She was really nice. And then the doctor, Dr. Vet came in and he didn't think that he would have been able to help me, but he tried anyway, which I'm very thankful for because he resolved the problem like really fast.
