Would be nice if your practice set aside if only one 10 minute or so slot for emergency, walk-ins, etc. each day instead of if there was an opening as I was told. I WAS GRATEFUL THERE WAS AN OPENING, THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH; did get lots accomplished this visit ;however I have other Drs. that don't have the rules, restrictions laws whatever you want to call them on their professionals like Virtua does. I've been there when a knock comes on the door saying your time is up, NOW HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT???? Would you like it if that was part of your visit?!?!? I'm sure it's a money situation, But VIRTUA, I wonder? Don't get me wrong it's not your staff it's the bosses at Virtua & the monetary issue. Dr. Rehman is the the best doctor that I have ever had. From my first appointment, she knew my health history without looking at the computer. She is very attentive, listening to what I have to say. If there is something that looks off to her, she doesn't just wait to see what happens but rules out anything serious. If it is something that requires attention beyond her expertise, she will send me to a specialist. No one is perfect but if she is going to make a mistake it is always on the side of caution not disregarding what is off. We need more doctors like doctor Rehman. Since the reason for my my last appointment was a psychological problem, I didn't think there was much if anything Dr. Rehman could do. I'm so I doubted her. Thanks to Dr. Rehman, I am doing much better within 72 hours.

Visits, as regulated by Virtua, are too short. Often one needs more than 20 minutes to resolve a medical problem they are experiencing. When the only option one has is to make another appointment, one finds there are none available for 3 or 4 months. This situation is unacceptable and could be medically unsafe for the patient.

I always receive excellent care at this practice.

Dr. Rehma was a really good doctor. It was my first time seeing her, and all the staff were very good and careful, and they were very caring. The only concern I had was Dr. Rehma came in very rushed. She kept dropping a lot of things. Very kind, but it felt like she was in a hurry. So I didn't feel like I was open to talk about other stuff, even though I did fit it in, but it was, It was almost like I was being rushed out. Otherwise, I'd love to see her again anyway.

The NP was engaging and friendly!! She was familiar with my medical history . She was explicit with the information given. She was very professional and kind. She carefully listened to me and was very helpful understanding the evaluation and the results were given immediately, which was quite comforting !!

The doctor really spoke to me. She told me what was what, what I needed to do, what I was doing, and she showed interest in it, but I didn't have enough time to do everything. But she was very helpful and kind and nice and very smart. what was going on. Okay. Thank you.

Dr Rehman is an excellent caring doctor; she looks at my file and asked me questions about previous aliments. If I asked her medical questions, she will provide me with an answer in the office or contact me later with an answer. Dr Rehman is always cheerful and maintains a beautiful smile. I give her a 10 plus. Cooper Hospital lost a GOOD doctor and good doctors are hard to find especially with her personality.

Kind, and understanding

The provider, Dr. Raymond, is excellent and she's very caring and takes the time to listen. I just think she's an exceptional doctor. I also find that sometimes there's knocks on the door and pressure for her to take, to hurry up. Secondly, sometimes your people, you know, when you check in, are okay, but not the kindest, but they're okay. Thirdly, the most horrible thing is you can't even get a chance to talk to your doctor. You can't leave messages to speak to them, and you can't get an appointment. So this is really, really the biggest problem.

I found that the front desk area was so busy with their camaraderie amongst each other that they weren't taking care of the patients and checking them in or checking them out because they were too busy laughing and joking amongst themselves. And we, the patients, stood around or sat around waiting. And it was a little frustrating because it didn't just last for a few seconds or anything. This went on for multiple minutes. And so that was the first time I'd ever seen that at the practice. And I'm not against them having fun and all, but take care of the patients, check them in at the same time, you know. But it definitely slowed down their actions with us patients.

The phone system is horrendous, ALL SAID. Front desk TOO LOUD. Also when someone comes in ALL in loud voices "are you checking in?". The first sign they see is "Checking Out". Virtua expects doctors to see patients for 15 minutes. Most older patients have multiple medical issues and 15 minutes is not an adequate amount of time. Dr Rehman is very conscientious and therefore she falls behind the schedule in order to meet her patients ' needs.

Was not my regular dr in this practice. Am still having issues related to visit and will have to come back again and see dr [REDACTED].

I think that Dr Rehman is a very, very good doctor. She was my mother's doctor and I, and I changed doctors to her. Not only did I change, but my daughter did as well. Dr. Rehman is the best. She listens and genuinely showed empathy with what I have going on.

Dr. Rehman is an excellent physician. She took the time to be prepared for my physical and also to go over every detail of my medical history. I appreciate her knowledge and kindness. She spent a lot of time talking to me about all of my medical issues.

I come from 1 hour away just to continue to see this PCP. She is great and sees my whole family. She is very personable and remembers a lot of little details about her patients.

The phone system is horrendous, ALL SAID. Front desk TOO LOUD. Also when someone comes in ALL in loud voices "are you checking in?". The first sign they see is "Checking Out". Who in the world ? designed that front desk?!?!? So extremely unprofessional. Too much loud personal talking. Just talk personal quietly. ALL THE GALS ARE VERY NICE. I STILL LOVE ALL OF YOU & OF COURSE THE VERY BEST PRIMARY DOCTOR I EVER HAD. VERY GLAD I HAVE YOU AS MY PRIMARY DOCTORS OFFICE.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the doctor, but she is so worth it.

Virtua expects doctors to see patients for 15 minutes. Most older patients have multiple medical issues and 15 minutes is not an adequate amount of time. Dr Rehman is very conscientious and therefore she falls behind the schedule in order to meet her patients ' needs.

Was not my regular dr in this practice. Am still having issues related to visit and will have to come back again and see dr [REDACTED].

I think that Dr Rehman is a very, very good doctor. She was my mother's doctor and I, and I changed doctors to her. Not only did I change, but my daughter did as well. And she had an appointment, an initial appointment with her to this week. And I would like to say that she is thorough and she's pleasant as well. I'm very pleased.
