As usual, I only had a very brief wait in the waiting area, before U was brought back to the exam room. The time between the nurse taking my vitals and the Dr walking in to see me was mere moments. The Dr always remembers my history and is very interested in my health issues between visits.

Doctor Safia Siddiqui is a incredible compassionate doctor. It was a breath of relief knowing finally a doctor that really cares about another human being. I left feeling very hopeful and grateful.

The two receptionists did not engage with patients with courtesy. They simply looked up from their phones and nodded their heads. The girl sitting in the waiting room was slouched down in her chair on her phone the whole time I sat there. So did the guy behind the glass. So unprofessional!! There should be no phones while working. Gives a terrible impression to the patients who are waiting.

I was seen on time and my visit was not rushed. Dr noticed my wrist brace and checked my wrist before addressing the reason I was there.

While I grasp that my clinical history is captured in MyChart and documenting my health info is a needed component for treatment, payment and health care operations, but, as the clinician has little to no familiarity with me, the patient/person, I felt the exam was quick and "cold". I don't think the physician looked at or towards me except for when she checked out my hands: even then it was just a glance. The one criticism I would make is, learn talk to your patients, look at them when you talk, get to know us, show you care, ...epic and your clinical note can wait...

My visit went very well. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr.Siddiqui explained her treatment plan for me and she answered all my questions.

Trish was wonderful! She always is. Dr. Siddiqui spends a lot of time and reviews things several times to be sure I understand her instructions. She talks WITH me, not TO me. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

Very accommodating, was able to move up my appointment from the time that it was to a new time in order to make me not wait so long. I appreciated that. Original appointment had to be rescheduled because of the doctor's illness, but they were able to get me in within a reasonable period of time.

Doctor Siddiqui is a caring person who always listens and discuss what she thinks is the best course of treatment. Her staff is very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Couldn't ask for a better medical group. I leave every appointment knowing my health is important to them.
