i'd like to explain that when I first called I was looking for a woman provider and I could not get one for several months. I actually showed up on the wrong day and this doctor had an opening and took me instead of me coming back the following week one of my original Dr, who was also new who would have seen me on the scheduled appointment. So the issue with getting a timely appointment is that none of the female doctors were available that I was interested in however I was lucky to get in with this Dr who was wonderful.

I was very pleased with the office staff and also with the doctor. She answered all my questions and I found it a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Everyone in the office is very helpful, kind and compassionate. I was going in for a D&E consultation for a miscarriage. My only complaint was that my husband and I were waiting in the waiting area with a mother who had a prenatal appointment. It was upsetting having to listen to the receptionist/nurse discuss with her what to expect for her appointment while we were grieving the loss of our baby. I think it would be beneficial to have a more private waiting area for grieving parents or to have them wait in the car to avoid triggers and sadness with what is already a very difficult time and appointment.

Dr. Callazo is an excellent OBGYN doctor. She has listened to all of my concerns and addressed them very well. She's very professional and very courteous and kind. Thank you.

Everything works well, it's just very difficult to schedule an appointment. Appointments aren't always available in a timely manner.
