caring and experienced staff

The staff was excellent from the lady who checked me in to the young lady who took my vitals and to Sammantha who took care of me. I was delighted with the care I got. I thought Samantha was very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what was going on so that I fully understood what happened, why it happened and how it could be fixed. So I'm very happy. She got me increased my medicine usage and which also makes me feel much better. So she really did listen to what I was asking her and like I said, I'm very thrilled and I'm thrilled to have found her and probably will be even switching my gynecology over to you guys as a result. So thanks very much. Bye-bye.

Very pleased with outcome

I think this provider was more interested in clearing her caseload than really getting to know her clients, the new patients she was taking over from a previous colleague.

APRN made it a point to make it a safe place! Asked permission to do GYN exam and stated I could stop at any time. Much appreciated and definitely the way to treat patients.

well organized, knowledgeable very professional and caring staff

The experience overall was really well, but you told me to arrive at 7 o'clock for a 7:30 appointment. The office was not even open at that time. The doors were locked, and I had to wait a significantly long time when I was the first appointment. So those are the two things that could be improved. Thank you.

Everyone at this location was kind and respectful. I especially liked the NP that I had my appointment with.

Samantha and the nurse went above and beyond to help me with my medical issue were very kind and caring and made me Feel that I was in good hands

Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She spent a good amount of time after the physical exam explaining in detail her recommendation's. Would highly recommend.

Samantha listened carefully to my concerns and addressed possible solutions. She was very patient on showing concern for my pain level during the procedure. Considering this is intimate and can be anxiety producing, she made me most comfortable

The only problem I had was getting someone to answer my phone calls.

Samantha was very nice but seemed inexperienced regarding my ongoing issues, my various septic shock and sepsis issues. I felt like a girl at her first GYN appointment. I originally had an appointment with the doctor and the day before my appointment. I was called and said I couldn't see the doctor because she doesn't treat UTIs. My case is more complex than just UTIs. She also told me that Samantha would be able to perform the cystoscopy which is the whole reason I was visiting the doctor to begin with. I repeatedly asked Samantha about getting the cystoscopy and she never really addressed it. The next thing I knew I was given a bowl to measure my urine and sent on my way when I got home that day. I did receive a message from the office telling me that I needed a CAT scan and that I was able to see the doctor. I felt this was a complete waste of time and I should've seen the doctor in the first place. I am looking forward to seeing her on December 3rd.

Very clean

I was told to be there at 7 o'clock in the morning for my appointment. Nobody was there until 7.20. Then I had to fill out all the paperwork and be rushed because I had to get back to see the provider. That's unacceptable.

The staff really could work on their initial approach for new patients. One lady came in n didn't even introduce herself. Dont remember techs using hand sanitizer.
