I wouldn't recommend anyone to Virtua actually and honestly. My provider is good. I just feel like there isn't a team willing to help with a diagnosis. I'm going to Penn Medicine

The front desk were neither friendly or helpful. Both were busy on their personal phones. My appt was at 1:20pm. There was not a single other pt there- no one, yet I waited over 10mins to be called in. Then I waited over 15min for Sam to come in. She addressed most of my pre-sx concerns but gave me no directions or paperwork to be filled out. Sam said to wait for my horrible MA to come back to check me out. Another 5mins of my wasted time goes by before I asked the front desk to check me out. This important visit resolved nothing for me. I will be changing my primary immediately after my recovery.

Great location for office Dr. McAdams is extremely professional and reviews all My info on my chart. Communicates fantastically. I would never leave her care and recommend the virtua group to everyone I talk to

Well, the office took me in right away to try to solve my health problem and I had a call back because I still wasn't feeling good and they responded to me right away and prescribed a prescription for me and we'll see how that goes now taken out. I thank Dr. Samantha for being very kind to me. I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

This was honestly the most traumatizing experience I've ever been through and it will forever affect the way I approach seeking healthcare. This provider did not attune to my needs as a patient, caused lasting psychological damage I'm now working through with licensed mental health providers, and undoubtably will go on to harm more people. Legally, or even medically, speaking, an investigation would likely find no fault to the provider... which is exactly what destroys confidence in our healthcare system. I will be taking my medical needs elsewhere, not to this office and not with Virtua.

I am very happy about going to Berkshire Health. The doctors and the nurses are very helpful to me. They're very pleasant. Everybody was so nice, so nice, which I really appreciate. They're very helpful, very kind, and I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

The doctor was very accommodating and I really appreciated that because that's not very common.

Dr. [REDACTED] wasn't in the office on Wednesday, when I had my emergency, but Dr. Samantha was excellent with filling in for her, scanning my many health issues, upgrading my medications, and most importantly the reason for this emergency visit, she addressed my need for an antibiotic prescription, due to an abscessed tooth causing me great pain prior to my dental surgery removal.

Sam is great and she always listens to what I need and whatever the problem is.

Virtual primary care is the best doctor and staff I have ever had in my life. They are very attentive, they take care of my needs, and they make sure I'm good. Again, Dr. Samantha, she is phenomenal, and her staff are great also.

You guys are the most helpful. Always answer messages, refill scripts, whatever we need. Dr [REDACTED] went above and beyond to make sure [PHI] had a plan b4 we left after seeing him on his last day. He he I saw Samantha on her first day back. [REDACTED] (medical assistant) a familiar friendly face. I hope I have the name right. Front desk. All inclusive, you guys and gals are an awesome team.
