It is heartbreaking because I have been with my PCP for over 20 years, but it has become increasingly unpleasant to deal with your office staff at times and it's too challenging for me. So Dr. Samantha Plasner, he's a really committed doctor and she knows my history very well. She does her homework very well and she kind of like listens when her patients are speaking. So I recommended her to multiple of my friends. So they all have similar feedback as me. So I just wanted to say thank you. So improvements as such, I did not find anything because I am going for just for my wellness visit. So they heard me and they gave me all questions that I had, like they answered all my questions. My interaction with the receptionist wasn't very welcoming, but I liked Dr. Plasner. I was not made aware that I'd have to share my health background with 2 students. The 3rd year was nice and I want her to learn, but I would not like to have two or three people examining and listening to me discuss my health problems.

Doctor Plasner experience great. Had frustrating experience when attempting to get basic blood work at LabCorp station right inside the medical practice front desk. Phlebotomist had 0 patents being serviced, just my name and 1 other signed in on waiting list. She ignored the list walked in and out of the office , left us waiting for over 25 minutes with absolutely 0 acknowledgment she had waiting customers.,I crossed off my name as did the other patient after having waiting over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement or eta of when she may service us. Will get bloodwork now weeks later someplace else. Deplorable service by Labcorp.
