Medical assistant seem not to be friendly.

Everyone was very courteous and professional and did a good job and was very knowledgeable.

Dr. Sokoloff was excellent. She took the time to discuss my most recent surgery, how I was feeling, and addressed several issues which went above and beyond what I was there for, which indicated to me that she cares about the whole person's condition, not just what is in the scope of her specialty.

Yeah, thank you. I had a very good time with Dr. Samantha and the rest of the clinician, from the receptionist to the nurse, everyone were very caring and they showed empathy. And like I've said, I will recommend any member of my friends and member of my family to Dr. Samantha. Thank you.

Doctor and office always very helpful

I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait. Doctor was completely thorough with my case. All the check in and check out people made everything easy.

The wait time was disappointing. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken back to a room. 15 minutes later I saw the doctor.

I felt like she listened to everything that I said. She gave me suggestions, listened to my concerns, and gave me response to my concerns. Also always answers my messages when I leave them online in MyChart. So I do appreciate that care.

Took about 4 months to make an appt, now will be 2 mo for a follow-up. Would have been 3 mo for a follow up, but the doctor correctly read my crestfallen face and is squeezing me in with a telehealth appt. Unless my bloodwork shows an issue, I don't understand what care/resolution i will be receiving over the course of 6 mo

Dr Sokoloff answered all my questions and gave me information about how to proceed with an ENT for probable Thyroid surgery. Overall a calming experience .

Dr Samantha Sokoloff is always available to go over best treatment options and is willing to help in any way she can. She goes over your goals and what you want to achieve . She cares about the person and the patient. This comes thru in her demeanor and her interactions. She is knowledgeable and has helped me navigate a complex situation and has been helping me come up with the best course of action. She also is responsive and will tell you what you need to know. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs an experienced and knowledgeable Endocrinologist that is going to help you get your health back and also maintain it

De. S did one test and said " ok it's not that" and that was it. She did not want to further test anything else and was very dismissive. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to beg a doctor to do their job.

I was late due to a traffic situation and they were able to accommodate me. I was very appreciative.

The only thing is that the secretary to schedule an appointment, that's a little bit difficult. And if they leave a message to tell you about an appointment, they don't come back. I have to call back. That's the only thing that should improve some. Thank you.

Yeah, I think Dr. Sokoloff is actually taking me in the right direction and giving me good information, but it's actually a combination of both her and her nutritionist that are helping me keep my blood sugars down and hopefully get them better and better over time. Trying to get a hold of my doctor about medication, Unsecsusful.

Appointment with the doc was great I had an 8 so got there early in the parking lot and only negative is that is what was labeled patient parking I saw mostly workers parking there which stinks cause then patients have to use the further lot. I'm healthy but for people that have difficulty walking that sucks.

I think that Dr. Samantha is a very good doctor. She listened to me, which you don't find a lot of doctors listen anymore. They just want to tell you what they think is wrong and give you the advice. But Dr. Samantha, she listened to me. I felt comfortable with her. And I already referred her to one of my friends. Thank you.
