The dr is professional and courteous and listened to what i had to say. He was not 'rushed' or brief, like so many medical professionals are these days. I have entrusted him with my care & well being going forward and hope to continue to have a good rapport with him.

Dr. Sauerwein and his practice are excellent, very professional. I felt comfortable. He and the staff is eager to help you when you walk in the front door. When you walk into the doctor's office, he greets you, he goes over your medical history, he involves you from start to finish in your plan for your cardiology health. So I would definitely say Dr. Sauerwein is very professional, excellent doctor, and I'm very comfortable with his care.

First time with the doctor . Very nice and comprehensive... took time with me . I will go back to him . The people at the front desk ... not so much . Short , curt and didn't want to hear anything I had to say . That's all I'm saying . But it's doesnt matter . I still like my doctor .

When I checked in the girl at the front desk took care of me like she didn't really want to be bothered. No eye contact, no greeting of any kind. The only question i asked she replied that I could ask the doctor. I figured she was having a bad day or didn't want to be there.

Doctor was awesome and listened. Explanation of my DVT Took his time during the visit I did not feel rushed.

Everyone was extremely helpful from the time I checked in until leaving. Dr. Samuel Sauerwein was wonderful. He explained everything in detail about my AFib and extra heart beats. His manner is such that I was able to relax with him. Anything with the heart is scary but the way he presented everything put me at ease.

The doctor impressed me with his knowledge of my heath records and of my lupus, he was very informative of my current and past medical issues and even explained things no one ever told me about . I can't express how impressive he was
