I walked in and was greeted, before I could sit down I was taken to the back. The nurse took my vitals, asked important questions and within two minutes I was talking to the doctor. Great bedside manner and very personable. Considering weight loss can be a sensitive topic for some, this place will make you comfortable.

I have never had anything but pleasant experience with this medical staff I have recommended to several friends

Dr. Wasser truly embodied the human connection: he shook my hand, spoke to me with no mask, listened attentively, walked me out and shook my hand upon exit. Dr. Wasser exceeded my expectations of how a doctor treats their patient, with respect & dignity.

My experience was great !! Everyone every step of the appointment was fantastic. Weight is a very sensitive topic for a person, and every person in the office made me extremely comfortable as well as thr DR.

Provider was running behind and I felt the visit was rushed. I had arrived early as instructed. There seemed to be a push for surgery when this is not what I wanted at all. Front desk was misleading on next steps in care-received incorrect instructions for scheduling a sleep study.

My experience with Dr. Wasser as well as his office was exceptionally well. Everything from the time of making the appointment to the actual checkout was perfect. And the office staff was amazing at their job, with their knowledge of insurance, with their knowledge of check-in as well as check-out. So I really, really appreciate them. I felt like just a number. I waited for this day just for it to feel like a rushed and unimportant life change and experience. My questions were answered but they felt like they were an inconvenience. The front desk staff were the best part about that appointment, so thank you to them.

I was a bariatric patient in 2021. I have kept 69 pounds off, but I now see a few pounds coming back. When I thought of GLP 1 meds, Dr. Wasser came to mind. They reached out to me and I made an appointment. It was a great experience. I look forward to this new collaboration:)))

Some times I am not sure if the dots connect between provider, staff, patients, pharmacy, and insurance but everyone seems to be trying their best. He's not only very professional, very knowledgeable kind, & understanding, but also very handsome and charming so it's easy for him to keep your attention as he explains things thoroughly concerning your health. You can tell that he really cares about his patients health. Dr. Wasser has picked up concerns about my health that even my primary physician did not pick up on

I will be cancelling my follow up appointment at the end of January. I left the office in tears. I was not expecting at FIRST introduction of Dr. Wasserman to push surgery. I do not want weight loss surgery and he insisted on pressing the question of why I didn't want surgery. I told him based on my mom working in GI for 10 years, and me seeing the side effects, I will pass. Then I see he's the head of surgery, and it makes sense, he wants a check. This is why I started at [REDACTED] in the first place and I will be finding a different provider. I will say the front desk staff was VERY nice and helpful.

Front desk staff is great. Technicians?? Don't care. Doctor is friendly but spends very very little time with you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wasser since 2008 and at my most recent hospital stay at Virtual Boar Heath, I had an absolutely terrible experience. I was not being listened to until Dr. Wasser decided to take over my care and actually listen to me and wanted to make sure that I was very well informed of everything that was going on. His bedside manner is impeccable and I'm very, I feel a whole lot better now knowing that he is in charge of my care. He is the only one that actually listened and helped me through my entire stay.

I should not have been scheduled to see the doctor. The doctor's primary concern was whether I decided to have surgery or take a GLP. He order a couple of blood tests and recommended a sleep study due to the size of my neck. The introduction to the weight management program should be a thorough evaluation of my current health, blood work, and metabolic rate to define a baseline for my potential weight loss. I have appointments with a nutritionist and behavior psychologist. So I will reserve additional feedback at this time.

The visit went very well. The office was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. When I went into the room for the weight and the vitals, the representative or the tech was extremely helpful and made me very comfortable. And Dr. Wasser made me comfortable and he listened to me.

Dr and staff are amazing

The follow up was not good. Dr. Wasser called me right after appointment and I missed because I was driving . My call backs have not been responded to by Dr. Wasser. I also sent him a message on my chart because I don't want to keep calling the office. I work m-f 9-5 and I am busy also. I expect a follow up call soon or at least a my chart response. I am interested in working with this Dr. with my weight and health issues. I have questions. Hoping to get a response soon

Staff are very friendly and with how attentive my care provider have been with me.

I have found it difficult to get through to the office on the phone to ask a follow up question. You are asked to leave you contact info and they will get back to you. First call I made I got no response. Trying again today, so far no response.

I thought the doctor was very nice and explained things well. It's just a shame that it took me three months to get an appointment.

I didn't feel like the doctor saw me as a person with unique needs. He didn't really explain anything to me, and when I responded to his advice with a question, he didn't seem to like that.

I realize that because I only see this provider once a year I sometimes have multiple questions and I feel like I only leave with them. Some answered he's so busy. His appointments are super quick and he kind of concentrate on the last thing you said and I'm sure that's just something I need to work on even though if you're number three he's a great surgeon. I've had much success. I'm happy I'm pleased. And is helping me with something important but I did leave with a few unanswered questions

I have been Dr. Wasser's patient for many years. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have sent other family members to him and each person has been very pleased with him. He gets 2 ????up!

I'd just like to say that you did a very good job. When I had called and said that my insurance company did not cover a certain medication, you used right away, put a new prescription through and got that out to this insurance company for another pre-op and you did that very quickly. Um, I think that was great. Um, so, okay, that's all. Thanks.

Hi, Dr. Wasser was extremely rude and condescending. I have seen him before and my whole medical history is through him. He was very judgmental about my lack of weight loss since I started seeing him, but he did not look at my records appropriately and see that I had been off the medication for four to five months. He was very mean about it and I felt very uncomfortable. I walked out of the appointment. He also increased my medication without telling me. So I had a really poor experience. I did make my next follow-up appointment with someone else and I feel hopeful about that, but I would never see Dr. Wasser again. And in fact, it kind of followed me up until now. I was very happy to get the survey. So yeah, I had a really poor experience.

My experience with this Virtua provider differed in the fact that the staff were not as engaging and friendly as were the staff in all of the Virtua doctors offices I have visited in the past.

It was less of an evaluation and more choose my own outcome, whether it was surgery or the GLP ones. And I really kind of wanted more of an evaluation, what, you know, what would work for me instead of me dictating what I think I need. Okay. Thank you.

Originally, I was approved for Zepbound. I was advised today I was not approved for Zepbound as I haven't been in a weight loss program for 6 months. Not sure why this is the case when I originally was approved for Zepbound. I called Caremark and they advised that Zepbound is no longer on the formulary list but Wegovy is. I was advised by the Virtual Weight Loss Group that I could not have a prescription for Wegovy. I'm not sure why I'm getting different responses from Virtua and Caremark.

1st visit, I was evidently the 1st pastor patient and they were clearly off schedule i arrived, according to the chart, 15 minutes before, the office was clearly closed upon my arrival.

Everything was perfect, I loved it.

Dr. Wasser Is So Nice. It is Ashame He Has To Deal With Evil Medicare.

No exam. Only asks to see incision? No bp, no heart sounds. What did I pay for? Totally disappointed and will likely not return. This is every year. Dr has no interest in my health or what I have to say. After visit summary says all this stuff about my health which would be impossible for him to know from just looking at my abdomen. Ridiculous since surgery was years ago! How about asking how I'm feeling or checking my recent blood work? Never followed up with me and hem I had elevated liver enzymes, never asked how I was doing with that after I had to tell him I was seeing specialists. I haven't had a Dr so uncaring and removed from his patient as I feel when I go to him. I will schedule next years appt with a different surgeon or maybe not at all. I gain nothing from my visits with this dr.

My appointment went extremely well, my state disability paperwork was turned in to this office and were faxed to the state the next day, Dr Wasser had if I had any questions which I didn't remember until after I had left the office and. came back after I remembered the question I wanted to ask, the office staff was able to answer it, my surgical experience with Dr Wasser was least painful surgery I ever had, he asked me about my surgical history, and I felt very calm with his very professional attitude,, I would highly recommend Dr Wasser as an excellent experienced surgeon..

Yes, hi. I apologize. But in the beginning of this survey, I was trying to press for but for some reason I was pressing one. All of my answers was the staff was excellent. The greetings was excellent. The doctor was excellent. Everyone knew me. Everyone answered all of my questions. So I didn't have any bad experiences at all.

So going to Dr. Wasser's office for almost two years, it is a pleasure to be his patient. I would recommend anyone if they were looking to lose weight for a weight loss doctor, he would be the one I would pick. The staff is courteous. They know you. They know what you need. I love going to Dr. Wasser's office.

Love the staff. Very helpful. Friendly. Understanding. I only have a problem having my scripts being sent to pharmacy. It's the only problem I have. Other than that, 5 stars all the time.

My first answer to the question to incorrect, it wasn't a yes. They were incorrect. That's it. So if I could have done the study over again, I would have corrected the first, I think it's the first five questions. Everybody at the doctor's office was very nice. Everybody treated me kindly.
