MA's need to be trained better. Also providers need to stop with the risk assessments constantly and treat or as individuals .... the car is not personalized. It feels like a factory and your are just a number on the assembly line

All right, I am not supposed to take a statin, all right? I didn't realize until I got to the pharmacy that he had put a prescription in for a statin. He should have seen in my records that I cannot take statins. So I was a little upset about that and had to call his nurse secretary.

The lady at the front desk could be friendlier. Told me I would hear from the Infusion center. Dr Ventrella suggested a twice a year infusion for my cholesterol Numbers to come down in addition to the Pravachol I am taking. So far I have not been contacted

Hi, everything was very good. Everybody was very kind, very nice, and very attentive. My only question is, or concern is, I have not received a package yet with the halter that I will be applying here at home. It has not come in the mail. So I don't know if somebody can address that when they hear this.
