Medical assistant used the wrong size blood pressure cuff, resulting in a significantly inaccurate blood pressure reading. The physician repeated the blood pressure and obtained an accurate reading.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Patel and his staff. He's our family doctor, three generations so far. I would never change that. His bedside manner is what every patient hopes and prays for.

We know the doctor and facility for a while, for years. Dr. Sanjiv has been pretty patient and he talks to people well and he has a reputation and yes, definitely stands out whenever we go with his advice, with the way he treats patients versus his diagnosis of us spot on. All I can say is thanks and keep up the good work.

My husband was in the military for over two decades and no one ever heard the murmur that Dr. Patel heard, which was a mitral valve prolapse. Thankfully he is being monitored as a result! Dr. Patel was great! Not good-----doors to enter building are too heavy. Hard to get in. Does not have handicap accessories to open the doors. No lab on premises. Getting a blood work-up was not easy. An office that size should have a lab. The office in Moorestown did have a lab. Parking is not the best. It is on an incline. Not conducive to a person with a handicap or a wheelchair.

Have a wonderful, long-standing relationship with Dr. Patel. Appreciate and value his perspectives and instruction.
