The computer electronic system didn't allow.me to update my insurance with 3 different attempts. This needs to be fixed. The clerks at the front desk took care of it perfectly.

I always have a good feeling when I leave Dr. Patel. He is extremely thorough. He answers all of my questions. He explains things in detail. And he always spends a lot of time with me. He's never in a hurry and he never rushes me. We go over everything thoroughly before I leave the office. And they always have everything that I need as far as blood work or infusion gates, Everything is always in order when I leave. I don't have to take care of anything when I leave the office. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his PA Patel.
