Dr Varghese and her staff are just the best. There are never any issues and if I have any problems they take care of me immediately. Dr Varghese has been so helpful with me in trying to find out what GLP1 drug will help me with my diabetes and my weight loss. Getting g a straight answer from the drug companies and insurance companies has been a real challenge. In the end what I thought I was going to pay ended up being less. Dr Varghese has been right there with me thru the struggle. We communicate thru the portal and it works out great. I am so glad Dr Varghese is my doctor and looking out for my best interest.

The medicine request app issue. I requested refills on 2 separate occasions in November. Failure in filling request. On two separate occasions I enter the facility to obtain a reason why I couldn't get my refill. The front desk personnel went to the back and return. They stated someone will check into my issue and contact me. Fail to resolve my issue and contact me.

Dr Varghese is wonderful. Always very knowledge and has answers to all of my questions. I always feel as if I'm in very good hands with her

Hard to get a cancelation if the need occurs. I almost was involved in a accident outside of the building. Someone passed on the right shoulder. Between that and the snow I was upset. I was also recovering from the flu. I told the doctor about my sensor problem and medicine shortage. I try to keep her informed.

I trust the medical team at Virtua Endocrinology more than virtually all other medical perpsonnel I currently see. They are attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, and informative. Even though I spend most of my time in Florida, I make it a point to schedule office visits around my trips back home to New Jersey due to their experience with me and my trust in them.

I think some of the ladies at the front desk need training on how to respond to a custermer when they have a problem. They are giving an attitude.

Sarah Varghese is an exceptional caregiver. She knows my history well and is most encouraging when it comes to helping me in taking care of my own health. I never leave her office without feeling like I am empowered to take care of myself between visits. Her staff is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I have been to the office when they have had fresh flowers and pitchers of water on the counter for the patients to enjoy. This makes a huge difference when a person is dealing with a chronic condition. Some doctors' offices feel like factories. Dr. Varghese and her office staff are clearly interested in helping human beings with their medical needs. I moved to another county and travel over an hour for my appointments with her. I'm not sure I could find a suitable or comparable replacement. She makes me feel positive and empowered to take on my own part in my treatment. I would give her more than 10 stars if I could. Much gratitude!

The office seemed to be training new personnel so many appointments were running late. I saw the doctor an hour later than scheduled. I would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time, and given the opportunity to arrive a little later than scheduled

Hi, I've been a patient of Dr. Varghese's for nearly 10 years. I find her to be among the most competent and professional doctors that I've ever worked with.

Dr Varghese looked at an MRI that a neurologist ordered for my migraines and noticed 4 nodules on my neck. She ordered a biopsy which came back suspicious. I am having half of my thyroid removed after seeing Dr Varghese and then Dr [REDACTED]. I know I am good hands with Dr Varghese and her staff!

Very pleasant experience. I did try to reschedule but was unable to. Fortunately I was able to make the original appointment.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait over 7 hours for an appointment. I waited, and they never called. I had to call the next day. They also left me hanging on the phone. On the third day, I called again and waited a bit. They answered and gave me the appointment. Everything else went very well.
